Have only ever had a few issues with these guys and the issues weren't huge mistakes and were quickly taken care of. In the past when I would get energy prices for my customers these guys were the bottom of the barrel, rarely ever being last on the list. However, recently their prices have gotten a lot better and we are putting quite a few customer with them.
Sam and team are a pleasure to work with. Nothing is too much trouble, always really helpful and will try their best to improve on the rates if they can.
Always come back within the time frame too with their offers.
