Scamming, fraudulent .......
Utility savers are a bunch of scamming, fraudulent .... continue the sentence as you see fit.
We are a small business, which has been hounded by Utility Savers. And this is why:
They contacted British Gas "on our behalf", created an email address to be added to our account and accepted a quote, that we had not accepted. All without our knowledge until I saw an email that came through thanking us for accepting the quote. All of this was after 50+ of harassing phone calls every day, over nearly 2 weeks. Now we're having to deal with British Gas, the fraud team and everyone else that needs to be involved to get this sorted.

I have had a very good experience with this Company. They found our Company a great deal for our energy contracts. The whole process was so easy from start to finish. I have now received the new contracts all within a space of a couple of hours. The lady that I have been dealing with is very helpful and has great customer service skills.
