Dreadful Company
Dreadful Company. DO NOT USE!
We have been hounded by a Mr L***** C***** from Customer Enquiries.
He pretended to be from our current supplier, threatened to cut us off if we didn't sign up by 4:30.
Phoned the office over 20 times in 3 days and tried multiple numbers.
We will never use this company going forward as pressure selling does not work.
It looks like there are good and bad agents at your Company, i suggest you weed out the bad ones otherwise your Trust pilot score will drop dramatically!

I had spoken to an energy supplier that was reaching out to find me the best deal Donna called me in reponse to this and talked me through my options.Donna was very informative friendly helpful and responsive. she said she would call me back in ten mins and she did exactly that! she talked me through the whole process and explained what would happen and when. she got me the best deal available
