I have used this company before and had a great experience. Everything from initial contact with Lottie through to booking and delivery was very smooth, great experience.
Colin who dropped the vehicle off explained everything regarding the vehicle. He fully demonstrated how to use the wheelchair rear ramp, and locking mechanisms whilst using the wheelchair winch. Great company to rent from, throughly recommended. This being my second rental this time over Christmas. Will always use this company. Prices are very reasonable and competitive with great service. 👍

I have used ORA 3 times in the last few weeks, friendly and helpful on the phone they deliver clean cars on time at competitive prices. We have a further booking over Christmas, which we hope will be our last, only because we are expecting delivery of our own WAV on lease shortly.

Fast and efficient service, good communications at all times, provide a much needed help for wheelchair bound people.

Lottie & Ferg went the extra mile to make a tricky booking (given I live overseas) possible and a smooth experience. The car was perfect and allowed me to provide my Mum with experiences that would otherwise never have been possible. I'm extremely greatful to ORA for the excellent and profoundly valuable service they provide. The only improvement would be clearer communication during the pickup process and a shorter window in which you must be prepared for the car to be collected. Thanks ORA!

Everything from start to to finish on phone call to emails step by step they helped me understand as its my first time, I couldn't of asked for better experience. The staff were friendly and amazing. Up on delivery a guy called ahsaad I think was amazing friendly and easy going top bloke no issues with him absolutely brilliant. 1 thing I will say i will 100000% using these guys again.

ORA were fantastic from start to finish with our hire of a van with mobility scooter access. They listened and understood our particular requirements and provided the perfect vehicle. This ensured that our road trip to Normandy in France could happen and meant that we had an amazing trip!

After the first positive experience using ORA I needed to call on them again, and just as i thought it couldnt get better it did, the booking team were quick and efficient, I received a call the day before delivery. I received a call from the delivery driver on the morning of delivery and a call 30 mins before he arrived, the delivery driver Ali was clearly passionate about his job and was meticulous with the vehicle handover.

The vehicle was presented spotlessly clean, everything worked, everything was perfect.

Good customer service, communication and politeness cost nothing, but so many companies loose sight of these basics and loose customer confidence. But with ORA customer service comes as standard, and it makes me as the customer feel appreciated.

Used Open Road Access to hire a wheelchair accessible vehicle to take a holiday with disabled father in law, vehicle was delivered in a ready to use state by Paul who explained how everything worked nice and easy process then vehicle was collected Naz again whole process nice and smooth great vehicle and staff from booking to delivery and collection, thank you to all involved, well done keep it up will definitely use again.

I can't rate this company highly enough. My first time renting a WAV for someone newly disabled, and I was ignorant of what was involved, approaching it with some trepidation about how to ensure the disabled person's needs would be met. Staff at ORA were absolutely superb, responding to my needs with diligence and reassurance, resulting in a very special, magical weekend trip that has taught us that disability needn't mean isolation, and has given us hope about the future of inclusivity. Thank you to all the amazing staff who made this happen. I plan to use the company again as soon as possible!

Andrzej was really helpful when delivering vehicle, nothing was too much trouble and he also told me to ring him if we had any problems with using the car at anytime.

Naz was on time, professional, thoughtful and really helpful. Went through all the details of how to use the van etc and made sure I felt comfortable with it all. Nothing was too much trouble.

From my very first contact with this company I was extremely impressed. Lilyana was very efficient, helpful, clear, professional and friendly. She gave me complete trust in the whole hiring of a WAV. Jay delivered the vehicle and Tom collected it. A big thank you to both of them. They phoned me to advise on timings and were always so cheerful, knowledgeable and caring. Through hiring a WAV from ORA I was able to take my 90 year old Mum and all the family for a very special and memorable time together. I am looking forward to using this company again and would definitely recommend them.
