Slow service
Terms of the offer included hearing if my claim was approved ‘within 5 working days’. It took 16 days! Why commit to something you can’t fulfill? And I’m sure I wasn’t the only person to email asking what was going on, which obviously slowed things down further. But communication fine once things got going.

Bit of a delay but otherwise great
After a bit of a delay processing I did receive my item. The claim was submitted and it passed their deadline so I chased it up, I was sent an email saying there was something missing, then another saying my claim had been accepted & processed. Not sure why there was a delay but it all worked out in the end.
