They actually weren't great didn't know what to do about my situation

The operation and procedure itself was brilliantly managed and really easy. The follow-up care was lovely. However, I found the scheduling aspect to be quite difficult for the 24 hour after care session regarding the information surrounding availability. Additionally I think it would be really beneficial to have an operation centre in the West to provide better availability for the procedures.

Staff were great from start to finish.

The tests were quick, immediate and well detailed review along with more information about laser eye surgery. Very useful and free!

I could not be happier from day1 until the surgery was finished, because they could not use eye design on my eyes the price went from €2200 per eye too €1100 per eye, the staff and the surgeon done an excellent job down in Cork, I would highly recommend.my vision is 2 above 20/20 which is unbelievable from glasses to super vision, cannot recommend enough

Even though I always wanted to get my eyes lasered, I was extremely nervous and anxious about the whole process as I don't like anything near my eyes. At each appointment I was put at ease as the procedure was described to me in huge detail. On the day I felt so comfortable and everyone I met on the day really took care of me. It was all over in about 10mins. The aftercare was terrific and it is one of the best things I have ever done.

Everything about my experience with w was nothing but professional.
I started my consultations in Optilase on south William st. I was determined suitable for surgery and was scheduled in a couple weeks later.
Naturally, I was nervous to get the procedure but everyone in the carrickmines clinic was so warm, kind, patient and professional.
They went to great lengths to ensure my comfort was upmost priority. They explained everything so well and in great detail.
My surgeon was reassuring and very calm. The procedure took less than 15 minutes and was totally painless.
I’m 4 months post-op now with 20/20 vision and I’ve never looked back (no pun intended).
My life has become hassle free, more convenient and less stressful not having to worry about glasses.

Could not recommend Optilase enough for laser eye surgery. From the initial enquiry form online to the final stage follow ups the process couldn’t be more straight forward. I got all the information I needed about the laser eye surgery and the girl I had my consult with was straight forward and understanding with all my queries, she was also patient but didn’t have me waiting long at all I got an appointment nearly straight away.

I got my laser eye surgery in the cork clinic in April and I couldn't rate the staff more! From consult assessment to surgery everything was explained thoroughly. Even when a slight complication occurred during healing after surgery, Sinead ensured I was looked after in rectifying it!

It truly is life changing for someone who can't bare their glasses anymore and want the freedom!

MaryAm was very professional & explained everything to me prior and post surgery.My consultant was spot on in his recommendations for prescription lenses and performance of the surgery.

Was told We can only do the €8000 procedure to get you 20/20 vision due to age and the prescription you have. Im only 40. So then I did shopping around and found a lovely clinic up in Belfast and a complete different story. I was a perfect candidate for regular laser surgery and for €6500 cheaper after exchange rate

From initial consultation through the surgery and the post surgery aftercare the entire process was conducted with the highest professional standards.
