Optimumdoors Avis

Contacted on Saturday, didn’t expect a reply over the weekend, I was contacted in a timely manner and new garage door fully fitted by Monday afternoon.

Can’t fault the work it looks great and works well.

Job completed to very high standard

Very straightforward dealing with Vlad. The doors are brilliant and they have totally changed the way that we use the garage

Vlad fitted an electric sectional garage door for me yesterday. I am very happy with the door and the professional and tidy job that was done . I would have no hesitation in recommending his work .

We sent a photo of the problem, and he phoned back quickly with a price for repair. Came to fix our garage door within a day, and it is working well now. Swift response, good price, good service and job well done.

Got two sectional insulated doors. Vlad is very professional and provides a great service. Highly recommend

Contacted the guys about an industrial roller door and pedestrian access door for my commercial workshop. Came in more than £2500.00 cheaper than the larger company who i got a quote from. Same doors as well.

Top quality equipment and service. Thanks again.

I want to start by saying that I rarely leave reviews, but I genuinely cannot thank Optimum Doors enough.

I obtained three quotes, as I knew exactly what I was looking for—a transparent, see-through garage door for my workspace. Optimum Doors stood out not just for their pricing, but for their professionalism and attention to detail.

The workmanship is truly second to none. I couldn’t fault a single aspect of the installation. The team also went above and beyond by fitting PVC cladding above the door, which finished the job off perfectly.

In short: excellent value, outstanding craftsmanship, and one very happy client. Highly recommended.

I contacted Optimum last night and received a super quick response, he then phoned me to discuss the fault and sent instructions to resolve my issue. This was done the following day and happy to say it worked and my door is working.
I would highly recommend Optimum to anyone.
Thanks again for your help 👍

Can’t fault them! Really professional job done on our electric gate. Would highly recommend!!

Great Service, came out very quickly and got door working, would recommend.

New electric roller garage door fitted today, a very well made product and the 2 guys did a really really great job very tidy and professional. The whole
Experience and the final result is better than I hoped for, very pleased.
They're in the Bridge of Don and we're in Ellon so very handy.

Second time we have used this company
First our electric garage door, and most recently a superb sliding electric driveway gate
Great communication and a quality finish guaranteed
Thanks again

Vlad specified and fit a sliding gate and a pedestrian gate for me.

It’s the second job Vlad and his team have done for me and I can’t recommend him enough.

They are just everything you want (and very rarely find) in a tradesman. Reasonable price, great communication, high quality of work, turn up on time! No hassle at all.

They are also really friendly guys. Five stars!

Optimum Garage Doors supplied and installed 2x Rosewood laminate roller doors at our house in Aberdeen. Vlad was flexible while we sorted out our colour choices, and provided great technical advice on the security aspects and control systems. The 78mm Tradedoor roller doors are solid and well made - Vlad and Edmund installed them both in less than half a day and 1 month on they are working flawlessly. A great product and a great service at a very good price - many thanks Vlad.

The cable on one side of our garage door snapped leaving the door stuck open. We needed a quick solution and Optimum responded fantastically. They were able to come on the same day and also arrived at the time they said they would. The door was fixed promptly. All for a very fair as quoted price. Will definitely use again. Thanks.

I had a new sectional door installed today by Vlad of Optimum garage doors. Reg door is great, it looks fantastic and works so much better than the old up and over door.
Optimum Doors supplied and fired the door at a very competitive price. The work was carried out professionally and are area left clean and tidy.
I highly recommended using Optimum Doors.

Vlad and helper did a fantastic job replacing my old wooden door with a modern roller door. Good honest tradesmen who work very efficiently together to provide a high level of workmanship. Highly recommended

Vlad provided an excellent service when I phoned about a problem with my garage door. He was keen to talk me through some steps to try rather than incur a call out charge although he was willing to get to me within a couple of hours if needed. His suggestions worked & even when I tried to insist on a payment as I was so grateful for his help he refused. I would recommend Vlad 100%.

Vlad was excellent.
Fitted a very wide 6m single sectional door, that other door installers wouldn’t do.
I’d recommend Optimum

Vlad was excellent. He recently installed a double-size sectional electric garage door in mouse grey, and the entire process was slick with zero complaints. Over a year, we received several quotes, many of which were exorbitant, and quite a few companies seemed disinterested. In contrast, Vlad was engaged and enthusiastic about taking on the work. From the initial consultation to the final installation, he demonstrated professionalism and expertise. Vlad provided clear, detailed information, answered all our questions, and ensured we understood every step. His pricing was competitive and transparent.

The installation was seamless, with Vlad working efficiently and leaving no mess. The garage door operates smoothly and looks fantastic. I highly recommend Optimum Doors for their excellent service.
