Sign is not backlit as it looks in the picture. If you attempt to add a backlight, the cord that is running down the middle in the back shows through the light. Disappointing.

Orant did a great job converting our graphic to neon. They answered all my questions and were friendly and timely in doing so. Lastly, the product was affordable and exceeded our expectations.

The customer service was outstanding. They stayed in contact with me until I received my sign. The sign was done perfectly. They contacted me after I received my sign to make sure everything was to my expectations and it was working properly and not damaged. I give 5 stars. Excellent product.

If I can give 0 stars, I would. I am a single mother starting a business and ordered my business sign via this company. The mock up I was sent looked nothing like original and my sign was broken and did not light up. You could not even read my business name it was translucent. I begged for a refund and they bait and switched me to send more money to get my business name lit up. They stated no refunds. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I am mortified. I have no sign and spent a lot of money.

We ordered a sign for our miniature golf course and it turned out amazing. I used AI to design a logo and then sent it to Orant. It turned out perfect and only took about two weeks to arrive.

The team at Orant Neon were helpful from the start. They had everything needed to begin the project, like the logo artwork, the art description, and the size dimensions. The mockup artwork that they've shown to me on email was exactly what I wanted for my sign to look. I appreciated the discount that they've given me as well as their patience and time. He recently purchased a neon sign for the owners of our bar as a Christmas gift and they are over the moon with it. The quality is great. The lighting is perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better neon. As far as the ordering and shipping process, it was received quicker than expected, which is a huge plus I will definitely be shopping the website again if I am in need of a neon again

The sign looked great and customer service was very helpful. The remote stopped working after a few days of receiving the sign so I contacted customer service and they determined it was the dimmer malfunction. They immediately sent out 2 new dimmers and the remote now functions properly.

Best money I ever spent for my high school golf program.

They have done two signs for us and they are fantastic. They were a surprise for a friend and they are both prominently displayed in their business, the detail and colors are tremendous. Customer service was very good and understanding about issues. They kept their promise and I would recommend without reservation.

The sign is decent but the customer service is terrible. I paid for a battery pack and did not receive. I need to request a refund for that but it is impossible to talk with anyone and they don't reply to texts. Will never do business with them again. To me, customer service is the most important factor for any company and they fail miserably in that category.
