I ordered six "Silk" pillowcases, which duly arrived. Satin not silk. What was odd was that the order went through OrchardState.co.uk website but the payment went through Tebbith, Optician, Muscatine. I have asked for refund and informed my Card Provider that I think this is a suspicious transaction. Will complete Disputes Form if money has not been refunded in 5 - 7 working days. Buyer Beware!
28 May Have received part refund. Would not give me a return address for the goods.
Also my email crashed after last email to them, had to uninstall and reinstall for it to work!

I purchased the mulberry silk pillowcases just to find out upon delivery that I was sent cheap satin cases and not the product they advertise on their website.

Please do not buy if you do not want to overpay for cheap satin covers!

Ordered their so called “silk” pillowslips. They are NOT silk, they are a manmade satin fabric. I have a textile science degree so know my natural from manmade fibre.
They’re a load of absolute rubbish and probably cost pence to make.
Avoid like the plague!
Only positive is that I got a full refund.

I was a bit hesitant to order after reading so many negative reviews. But I ordered it came a week later and was the exact colour I wanted as after. The finish was a bit iffy a few pulls in the silk but it’s cheap and cheerful you get what you pay for.

I read the reviews after I had ordered 2 silk pillow cases and so was not expecting to get what I had ordered - if anything! However, they arrived within a week or so and were exactly what I had ordered. They were not the best finish but the material was fine and the colour good. They were certanly good value for money. I noticed that they use Evri to deliver and they don't have a great reputation so that may explain some of the problems people have had.

scam! I didn’t get order!

I have ordered some pillow cases and they never arrived . Do not use this company. They emailed to say they have issues after 2 months still no refund or the goods .

Scam site. Checkout doesn't work and my bank took over the payment alerting me that this company is known as serial scammers. Steer clear if you want to keep your hard earned cash in your own pocket. Incidentally, card payment is the only option available. No PayPal and no alternative payments.

Bought an ivory pillow slip, was sent a silver. Messaged seller with photographic evidence of wrong item sent, they tried telling me the device I took the picture on made the slip look silver even though I took it on top of my cream/ivory bedding for comparison.
I would be contacting your bank and reporting a scam if you have purchased anything from this company!

Incorrect product sent, even with photos sent they are claiming I received the correct product.

I ordered a product from them on 19th April and was told on 25th April it had shipped with no delivery date quoted on the tracker. More than 3 weeks later the product has not arrived and I'm receiving a bounce back from the only contact email they supply that my email, asking where my product is, cannot be delivered.

Scammers. Purchased product two weeks ago still not arrived. No response from site. Take your money and don’t send product

Took my money and have not sent the product. Ordered on 3rd April, estimated delivery 1-3 working days and it has still not arrived. Clearly a scam!!
