Ordered a replacement air con part from them over a month ago. Payment taken and received an emailed invoice confirming the order. That was the last I heard from them. I tried chasing by email and had no reply. Tried calling and their voicemail just says to email then hangs up.
Don't waste your time and money.

Avoid at all cost !!!
I am very disappointed with the service I received from OrionAir.

I purchased Wi-Fi modules for my Mitsubishi Heavy Industries air conditioning system based on their recommendation. Unfortunately, the modules supplied were not compatible with my units and could not be used.

I returned the items as requested, expecting a straightforward refund. However, despite the products being returned, I have still not received my refund. I have contacted OrionAir multiple times by both phone and email, but the issue remains unresolved and communication has been extremely poor.

Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a company deals with them. In this case, supplying incompatible equipment and then failing to process a refund

This company is clearly a scam.
I am currently in the process of seeking a refund through the courts.
Thankfully its not a large sum but my company policy is always to recover funds.

They're clearly very busy with the demand for Aircon at the moment, but their systems obviously can't cope.
I purchased a unit on the website that was showing as in stock, but when I chased nearly a week later was told they don't have any. Have yet to receive a refund.
I'm sure they're normally fine, but while this busy you risk everyone selling out of your chosen product while you wait for them to catch up.

I don't think I've ever been ignored by a company as much as I have by Orion Air Sales. I placed an order worth over £3,000, provided all the required documents, and then... nothing.

They don't reply to emails, they don't reply to messages through the order portal, and their phone number is just a recorded message telling you to send an email before hanging up. There is literally no way to get hold of anyone.
This has been, without question, the worst customer service experience I've had. Spending thousands of pounds with a company shouldn't mean being completely ignored. A complete waste of time.

I was looking for Aircon and after placing it in my bucket, it automatically processed my order without me having to enter my cars details and even for klarna I have setup a 2 way authentication.

I knew it's a scam because Emi was watching my activity and emailed me soon as I left the page for a moment.

Absolutely shocking experience. Ordered a garden sweeper on 24th May and it's still not arrived. Phoned up and no-one answered, going straight to an answerphone. Emailed customer service, no reply. Sent contact form on the website. Very vague response stating it would arrive Friday but they didn't even ask my order number or when I ordered the item. Got refund now luckily as paid via Paypal. Avoid at all costs!

I wasn't sure what I needed other than some portable air cooling/conditioning. I had done an Internet search and I spoke to Emi, I got good advice and better equipment than I had found. We purchased the equipment. This arrived when he said it would and crucially in time for a conference and it has now worked perfectly through the weekend.
In short I will use Orion Air again, very helpful!

First time using Orion Sales.
I spoke with Emi, i needed help finding a pump for a old cassette unit.
Within 20mins of my call i recieved an email detailing what i needed.
Very impressed with how this company and staff member conduct themselves.
I will be using them again.

They are a genuine scam company. I placed an order for two exhaust hose extension kits with spigots for my Fral SC14 and what I received was nothing like the photo. Firstly I only received one item rather than the two I have been charged for. Secondly it was a cheap generic flimsy vinyl hose which does not screw into the adapter and is not the Fral OEM extension kit I requested as it is missing the spigots.

I raised this with them immediately and they said they would look into it, then got no further replies. I then requested to return the half order I have received as its not compatible with my unit and they never replied.

I have had to raise a formal dispute with my credit card provider as they are scam artists who clearly make money by only sending partial ordersand/or cheap imitation products.

All I wanted is to return the fake product for a refund but no replies

No communications. No ETA on goods. If you phone it says to email. If you email it gets read, but no reply.

I ordered 2x Fans, one arrived. Who knows about the other.

Thankfully paid on credit card so will get the money refunded.

Was speaking with Someone on the phone who at the end of the call claimed he was the owner.

I was enquiring about some replacement feet for two outside condensers as they have been knocked and need replacing. I sent them all the relevant information off of the units and asked if they could advise which feet they stock would fit. He said that he doesn't have a clue as he is not an engineer, I asked him how can you supply something if you don't know what it is your supplying. He then proceeded to get very rude and said that I should know what I am ordering, but as I explained I am ordering parts from you guys and you don't actually know what your supplying.

I asked to speak with his manager which he said he was the manager, so then I asked to speak with the owner I which he replied he is the owner.

I have been in engineering for over 20 years now and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I would advise not to use this company, as if I didn't know what I was supplying my customers I would be out of a job

Despite numerous phone calls and emails there is no response form Orionair.
The pump which is less that a year old has stopped working.
I was asked to fill inn a form which i did about 6 weeks ago. Since then no contact.
When you phone it consistantly goes to voice mail.
Is the company still trading?.

Always used Orion Air Sales and refuse to look elsewhere.

Never any issues and Anthony who sorted out my order knows his stuff. Thanks again.

They have sold me AC filter which are not as advertised on the website. This company is a fraud and they are also not giving me a refund I spent about £370 with delivery.
