You claimed best shoes ever built but then you have better insoles. Makes me serious question the shoes. We will see how they perform. I stand all day with serious knee and back pain.

Not a great purchase
I purchased these shoes In early September receive them mid October. Many shipping.delays and less than satisfactory customer service response or resolution.Not confident in the durability as these soles are very hard and feel very slick on floors. I am wearing them but scuffing up the soul as I go. Return policy does not allow a full credit so I will continue to wear them, but do not recommend them for older adults.

Poor quality shoes
Poor quality shoes . No arch support whatsoever . Contacted customer service to return shoes . Only willing to return 50% . I wanted a full refund . Crickets from that point forward from customer service .

I was just looking at the third pair…
I was just looking at the third pair and all of a sudden they added it to my bill before I can say yes or not. Also, I have ORTHORA House shoes. They’re not comfortable at all because the fur inside the soul seems like it be burning my feet so I’m trying the gym shoes to see how they work.

I had an issue with size of a shoe I purchased. I contacted customer support and got a response right away. A new pair is being prepared for shipment without receiving the original pair back. I call that excellent customer service above and beyond. Thank you!

I ordered the wrong size
I ordered the wrong size. Was told I'd receive another pair and how to measure my foot. All good. Well somebody dropped the ball and after waiting two weeks I reached out. Well now they are on the way. The first pair have started tearing up. The eyelet has torn away from the material. I'm not sure how I feel about the whole experience. Some good and some bad.

I’m extremely frustrated with my experience with ORTHORA Footwear.
I ordered a pair of shoes and have now sent **SEVEN emails** simply asking for the instructions/process to return them and receive a **full refund**.
Instead of providing return instructions, I continue to receive responses offering me a different pair of shoes, a partial refund, or other alternatives. I have repeatedly explained that **I do not want another pair of shoes and I do not want a partial refund.**
I simply want to **return the shoes I purchased and receive a full refund**. That should not be this difficult.
At this point, I’m asking publicly: **Is there another form of communication I should be using to get a straightforward return authorization and refund?** I have tried email repeatedly and have not been given the information necessary to complete the return.
ORTHORA Footwear — I am not asking for an alternative solution. I am asking for the return process and my full refund. Please provide the return instructions so this can be resolved.

Disappointed
First of all, it took over a month to get the shoes. I was super excited about them! An affordable alternative shoe. But, what a disappointment! The shoes are about one size larger than all my other shoes, there is no arch support like they claimed, and they are heavy. The only thing that matched their claims is the wide toe box. When I got them, it was clear these shoes would not work for me, but there was no return instructions. I contacted the shoe company and they gave me an address in China and said I would have to pay shipping, and customs, or they would refund 10%. And, I could give them away. $10.00 for $100.00 spent.
Save yourself the headache.
