Excellent product
When i ordered my orthorelieve back brace it arrived and was too small so i got in touch with Mel and she sent me a bigger one totally free and didnt want the original one sent back which i found amazing..when the correct size turned up i have barely taken it off..its so comfortable and very well made and i can highly recommend anyone with back problems getting into touch with orthorelieve and ordering one as soon as possible but little tip measure your midriff first to make sure you get correct sizing..thanks for the excellent service Mel

Absolutely the very best customer service I have ever, ever , dealt with.
I ordered a brace for my brother (ordered wrong size) Ortho did not hesitate to replace it with the proper size. No charge even for shipping.
My brother ,and I are thrilled with the results of wearing the Ortho back brace. The pain level went from a solid 10 to maybe a 2 and mostly a 0!

Highly recommend this back brace.
I ordered based on the measurements given and mine was too small. I contacted Orthorelieve and they had me send pics and remeasure. They sent the next size up without hesitation and they were very friendly and responsive. GREAT CUTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! As far as the belt goes, I LOVE IT. I love the different inserts and the detachable pads for the back. Would highly recommend!!!!

What a wonderful company!.....I ordered the wrong size back brace and became frustrated because I thought I would have to repurchase the right size. Nope. I reached to them and they are sending me a replacement/correct size for free. I dont even have to return the original. Now THATS customer service.

Best brace ever
Best brace ever! Got the wrong size and had no hassle getting the correct size. AND they did not want to wrong one back. Suggested I donate it to someone who needed it. Great product, amazing service! I highly recommend it.

The back brace didn't fit and I couldn't wear it. I was given a full refund without any conditions. It was also suggested that I give the brace to someone whom I know that could use it and receive needed comfort from its use. It would seem that the management of Orthorelieve is comprised of loving and caring persons who could quite likely be Christian, as their business ethos seems to be as such.
