Multiple complains will trigger the investigation followed by the website ban, Visa/Mastercard block. Claim your money back under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. This will trigger the investigation too. It will be much harder for them to operate.

Er is geen grote O voor deze oplichters te beoordelen. Een keer besteld en nooit mijn product gekregen. 20 mails gestuurd ,niks. Beter bij Temu bestelen voor 10 keer goedkoper.

Dit is GEEN Nederlands bedrijf! Dit is een Pools bedrijf dat zich voordoet als Nederlands om hogere prijzen te kunnen vragen.

De communicatie met dit bedrijf was een nachtmerrie. (Meer dan 30 e-mails over één simpele bestelling). Ze beloofden een terugbetaling voor de waardeloze producten van lage kwaliteit die ze verkochten, maar hebben die nooit uitgekeerd.

Ik heb spijt dat ik ooit bij hen heb gekocht.
Ik ga ze aangeven voor fraude.

Estafa directa, compramos a prisas unas zapatillas para andar por casa para mí madre que se quejaba de la espalda al pisar, encontramos la pagina web pensando que eran de especialidad y resulta que son las mismas putas zapatillas de 12 euros del Temu, eso sí, 20 euros más caras. Pedido hecho hace una semana con envío marcado y aún no ha llegado nada, ni creo que llegue.

I bought an electric eye massager which lasted less than 10 months. When I raised this issue they said I only had a month to return. I went on to explain I was entitled to a partial refund, repair or exchange as the product was not fit for purpose. They came back with 20% credit off next order. They obviously have no understanding of the law. Don’t buy from this company, their product was not fit for purpose and the customer service is awful. They obviously don’t care about the customer.

La empresa de transportes me perdió el pedido, y me dijo que se hacía responsable, que me pusiera en contacto con ortorex para reembolso, y ortorex cada vez que intento contactar, me dicen que me responderan a la mayor brevedad, así llevo más de un mes. Sinceramente creo que es una estafa, al menos que sirva para que otras personas no compren en esta web

Bought an ankle brace after reading the reviews for it within the site. They seemed like variations on a similar theme and raised a red flag that I ignored. The actual product I received was crap and didn't do the job. When I tried to review it, I kept getting a "reCAPTCHA error" ... And yet there was no where on the review form to complete the check.

Il giorno 3 febbraio 2926 ho ordinato due coppie di ramponcini per ghiaccio, (al di là che sarebbero dovute arrivare entro 6 giorni e che non era specificato che venivano dalla Cina) il pacco mi è arrivato oggi 18/02, ma la sorpresa è che quando ho aperto il pacchetto c'era solo una coppia di ramponcini. Come la vogliamo definire? Svista? Leggo la maggior parte delle recensioni che sono negative, purtroppo non le ho lette prima di fare l'ordine, mea culpa.
ORA ASPETTO UN SEGNALE SPERO POSITIVO DA ORTOREX.
19/02/26. A seguito reclamo sono stati molto attenti e hanno predisposto il rimborso della merce non ricevuta.
Un disguido può capitare.

The Home Air Cool Mist Humidifier (3000ml), marketed under the Ortorex imprimatur, is advertised as a device of benign domestic utility: dispersing a cooling vapour, maintaining a civilised level of atmospheric humidity, and thereby elevating the quality of the air within one’s residence. Such claims are, on first acquaintance, not without merit.
I procured one such apparatus and, after a delay of no little duration, it at last arrived. Regrettably, its mode of conveyance was scarcely befitting an item entrusted with a long and uncertain journey: it had been dispatched in a solitary plastic bag, a form of packaging more suggestive of casual indifference than of responsible commerce. That it survived the ordeal is a testament less to the diligence of the sender than to providence itself.
Upon installation — a process mercifully straightforward — the device initially performed admirably. The mist was well dispersed, the operation quiet, and the promised improvement in ambient conditions duly observed. Alas, this favourable impression proved to be fleeting.
When the water reservoir descended to approximately half capacity, the unit ceased to function. This curious abdication of duty strongly suggests a defect in the internal design, most likely the incapacity of the capillary feed tubes to convey water with sufficient efficiency once the reservoir is no longer full. One is left to conclude that the humidifier operates effectively only under ideal conditions, and withdraws its services precisely when they are still required.
In sum, while the concept is sound and the initial performance commendable, the execution is undermined by questionable packaging, excessive delivery time, and a mechanical design that betrays an unfortunate lack of robustness. A device intended to provide consistent environmental moderation should not, one feels, be so easily discouraged.

I ordered my item three weeks ago and has only just arrived.
I ordered it for a skiing trip but after three weeks it had not arrived I bought another from Amazon that was delivered the next day.
I've emailed multiple times asking for a refund and I keep getting stupid emails saying they will get back to me. This company is a complete scam with no protection if things go wrong, so I would seriously avoid and buy from Amazon

Sito ingannevole la merce, (quanda arriva !!!), arriva dalla Cina

Penso che la mia mail, inviata ad Ortorex, sia più che sufficiente a non "spingervi" ad ordinare presso di loro:

" Con la presente segnalo una grave e inaccettabile comunicazione commerciale ingannevole relativa al mio Ordine #426896 del 26 gennaio 2026.

In fase di acquisto era chiaramente e ripetutamente indicata una consegna in 3–4 giorni. Solo dopo il pagamento ho scoperto, tramite il tracking da voi inviato, che:

la merce proviene dalla Cina (informazione MAI dichiarata prima dell’acquisto);

la consegna reale è stimata in 7–14 giorni, in totale contrasto con quanto pubblicizzato.

Questo comportamento è scorretto, fuorviante e lesivo dei diritti del consumatore.
Non si tratta di un “ritardo”, ma di informazioni false fornite deliberatamente per indurre all’acquisto.

Se le condizioni reali di spedizione fossero state dichiarate con trasparenza, non avrei mai effettuato l’ordine.

Il vostro modus operandi è purtroppo perfettamente in linea con le numerose recensioni negative che ricevete su Trustpilot, che descrivono esattamente lo stesso schema: promesse di consegna rapide, spedizioni dalla Cina e totale mancanza di chiarezza.

In mancanza di un riscontro immediato e di una soluzione concreta, provvederò senza ulteriore preavviso a:

pubblicare una recensione negativa dettagliata su Trustpilot e altri portali;

segnalare la pratica come comunicazione commerciale ingannevole agli organi competenti.

Resto in attesa di una vostra risposta, che giudicherò anche in base alla rapidità con cui verrà fornita.

The delivery was reasonably slow but the walking shoes I ordered does the job for the price and it’s very comfortable and it’s water resistant and I went ahead to order another colour and has arrived despite of the busy month during Christmas. I wore it to do my cleaning job and the sole is non-slippery. Wore it to clean the shower and mop the floor especially granite floor. It’s quite trendy too. With the price didn’t expect that !

It is impossible to return the item, they do not respond and stall the process and then give you an "offer" of only 40% back.
