Ortorex Avis 

Ya había hecho el pedido cuando leí los comentarios de esta pagina , la verdad es que me sentí estafada, y ya lo daba por perdido , pero ( ante todo pronóstico) mi pedido llegó ayer, 7 de enero de 2026.
El pedido lo hice el 26 de diciembre de 2025.

This company claims to have a uk online site, ORTOREX.UK BEWARE this is based in Latvia and all they want is get money off you. They offer products from AliExpress which you can get cheaper or Amazon with return policy. This does but only refund 70% on the purchased price. They would be reported to Trading Standard wrt the operating site in UK, when there’s obviously no centre for returning things.
Stay away. At least on AliExpress there’s a refund policy.

These are all over the world
Ortorex.be, Ortorex.nl, Ortorex.de, ortorex uk, Ortorex.se etc.. etc..
But they are from Poland, named WEBOCADO PL Z O O, Pfff of course , scammers.
DO NOT BUY AS ALL THE YOU GET IS CRAP FROM CHINA!!!!

SCAM says it a UK site. Item falsely stated dispatched from China. Tracked but doesn't arrive. I doubt a refund will be possible either. Bought a present for a friend.
Im pretty sure I checked the website on trust pilot too before purchasing.

Ortorex states it is UK Based. It is from Latvia. Delivery was slow and nose scissors looked like they were a free gift from a Christmas cracker. Absolutely rubbish. SCAM SO BEWARE!!!!

Estafa en todas las reglas, pedí un calzado para cocina te cobran 35 € y el mismo producto lo encontrás en temu por 9 €. Me llamo la atención que no llegaba al 4 día les escribo y me contestan diciendo que "algunos" productos vienen de china. Ojalá les caiga el peso de la ley a estos sinvergüenzas.

Ho pagato 10€ per delle solette al gel per le scarpe, dieci giorni fa. Non è arrivato niente… devo preoccuparmi? Dal sito c’è scritto che arriveranno dalla Cina!! P.S. Sono arrivate alla fine!!

STAY AWAY SCAM COMPANY , I still haven’t received my item or a refund for the item …I ordered end of October … it’s didn’t get delivered … so called proof of delivery was a package pictured in someone’s car !!! I sent so many messages to there so called customer service but they just don’t listen . I don’t know how they can treat people and there hard earned money this way … just refund me it’s that simple .

If I could give less stars I would.
DO NOT BUY from this company. I ordered and paid for 2 items and they only sent me one if them. They refuse to read my emails properly and I have got absolutely nowhere with the matter so they have effectively stolen my money.
Absolutely disgusted with these jokers.

If I could give a zero then I would. Waiting for over a month with no information. The tracking shows a catastrophic event occurred on 17th November whilst in the UK and now nothing has happened since.
Three chaser emails have resulted in "be patient" responses but nothing more.
Avoid this company like the plague.

Me compré por internet un traje de neopreno en esta empresa ORTOREX y en 15 días me dijeron que no habían hecho la entrega por destinatario desconocido, a casa no vinieron y mis datos los tenían todos ya que si cobraron ,y que si quería que lo volvieran a enviar tenía que volver a pagar unos gastos de envío, cosa a la que me negué salvo que lo trajeran a casa. Está gente de ORTOREX solo contesta en automático por correo y después de mil reclamaciones por nuestra parte solo me dicen que han destruido el paquete y que no hablan por teléfono . Si no queréis perder el dinero como es mi caso 64€ no compréis nada ahí en ORTOREX , es un consejo .

I really hope I can at least stop one person from ordering from this company. They are based in Poland not in the UK. The returns policy is awful... you have to send the defective item back to them, at your cost to Poland! Ordered a lumber cushion. If I could show photos, you'd laugh at how ridiculous the difference is. There is absolutely no comparison. I did in fact, after much fighting get a full refund. Please do not buy anything from this company!

Ordered an Ortorex earwax remover and only received an item (not what I ordered) today (17th Nov). The item received is not what I ordered or what was advertised. Misleading advertising. Have requested a refund but won't hold my breath. Don't be fooled by them.

I waited 11 days for my order to arrive so i was not at all happy about this.
However when i emailed complaining the customer support team responded very quickly sending me a tracking number, i genuinely thought they were being sent from the UK however, looking at the tracking they were sent from China (hence taking 11 days to arrive) The shoes are so lovely, lightweight, fur lined, so comfortable and supposed to be waterproof (ive yet to put them to the test)

The product was like something you would get in a lucky bag.cheap
And not Cheerful.The order was placed two weeks no sign eventually I asked for a refund, amazingly this rubbish product arrived two days later.The email com.unicstion was lies.Definitely one of the worst companies I have dealt with.My advice - steer clear

Long delivery time and no guidance. Heated gloves just come in a plastic bag.if i had gone to trust pilot first wouldnt have ordered from them TBH.

Ik wil graag mijn ervaring met Ortorex delen, zodat anderen gewaarschuwd zijn.
Ik heb via hun website een bestelling geplaatst en netjes betaald, maar daarna nooit het product ontvangen. De communicatie met de klantenservice verliep erg moeizaam: op e-mails wordt nauwelijks gereageerd, en terugbetalingen blijven uit.

Na wat onderzoek blijkt dat er veel andere klanten zijn met soortgelijke ervaringen. Voor mijn gevoel is dit geen betrouwbare webshop, en ik raad anderen aan om hier niet te bestellen. Controleer altijd goed voordat je online iets koopt.

Bought an Electric Blackhead Remover Vacuum Pore Cleaner.
No instructions provided. Had to search on line for how to use it. Tried on 3 people, no effect at all except for bruising.
Asked for a refund, they did refund 70% and said keep the product.
