Topping A70 Pro
Purchased a Topping A70 Pro desktop headphone amplifier from OTIC. This is my first purchase from them and it turned out to be a very smooth and professional transaction. The item arrived within 3 days of placing the order and I am delighted with the product. It’s exactly what I expected and as described on the website. I also received regular updates on the status of my order. Would definitely use OTIC in future so long as they stock the products I’m interested in purchasing.

Good company slight slip in delivery
Dealing with OTIC went well. Order processed quickly and queries answered promptly.
A slippage of one day in the delivery meant a wasted morning, but otherwise very satisfied.

Great service, went out of their way to help
I ordered an amplifier which, as luck would have it, they’d just run out of stock of. I was informed when stock was expected but that meant it’d arrive while I was away from home. Helpfully they agreed to hold it back and ship only once I was home. At all points they were polite and super helpful. I’ll doubtless be back for more items and would strongly recommend Otic based on their customer service and great selection of products.

Ordered a Shanling M3Ultra it was confirmed and dispatched within hours of purchase and came well boxed and undamaged within 2 working days.Otic seems to be one of the only places to carry a stock of your more unusual audio equipment very happy with my purchase a great piece of kit sounds fantastic.

Very prompt delivery and the product was nicely packaged, I'm really happy with the IEMs I received. Only gripe I have is that the IEMs were a little more expensive than on other stores, I didn't realise this until later.

Coupled with my new iPadpro I am now truly portable with all my hi res saved music files and Spotify to boot.
OTIC were very helpful and easy to chat with real enthusiast people who know their products and go out of their way to satisfy their customers.
