I saw the ads on facebook so decided to give it a try. I spend 103.92 for “jade bracelet” Australian Jade Chrysoprase Bracelet and peach jade bracelet. But within a month, the outer paint came off the bead (the layer easily came off more). So it is not high quality material. Would natural jade outer layer come off the beads? I received an email to verify more so this review will not be taken off. I want people to know the truth! Yes I actually purchased these items and this is not a fake review. I wish i can post a picture of the product to show the poor quality of “jade”. I am very unpleased with purchase and will not purchase from this company again.

The bracelets I ordered were lovely. I bought them as gifts, but ended up not sending the second so it ended up on my wrist. I was disappointed when it broke but when I contacted customer support the exceptional service was immediate in addressing the situation and getting a replacement to me. The 2yr warranty is solid. I'd purchase otter spirit products again 👍

I purchased two bracelets. When they arrived, they looked to be of really good quality, and the one was, but the other bracelet broke almost immediately. I had provided that review to the company to let them know, understanding that it could have just been a defect in the one band. Without any request, they promptly replied and shipped me a replacement bracelet. Their customer service was truly outstanding. Beyond the product, I would shop here again and tell others based off of my overall experience. This company is worth supporting.
