I fully paid for six gemstone bracelets and still haven’t received the correct items or proper sizes once I returned them. The company keeps apologizing but never delivers what was promised. Communication is poor, and the process feels deceptive and drawn out. I just want the quality products I paid for, but this experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I would not do business with them. Purchase products on 10-16-2025 until presence. Issue still unresolved. You dont know who you talking to. A man, A woman, A "AI bot. Or AI generated

This isn't about the quality of the bracelet, but I notice that they partner themselves with youtubers who promote violence and child abuse. I realise there are hours and hours of partner content they probably can't review, but they should be a little bit more careful about who endorses their company.

This company has repeatedly sent me spam emails despite me never signing up for them in the first place and I can only assume that they got my email by using a bot to scan my website. I have asked them twice already to take me off their mailing lists and still the emails continue.

It does not say much for the quality of their products that they have to steal email addresses and illegally sign people up to their lists to try and get business.

They first contacted me wanting me to be an influencer for them. I declined, then they signed me up for their mailing lists for their cheap jewelry despite not ever getting my permission. After emailing them again, they said they would remove my email. Now I receive another spam email from them today!

In total they have sent me 12 emails in 10 days. I have reported them to the federal trade commission.

UPDATE: Customer Service contacted me and “promptly” replaced ALL my bracelets and gave me an extra one/my birthday stone! Peridot. Absolutely awesome!!!! Thank you.

Terrible! My hubby ordered 4 bracelets as a bday gift. 1-Citrina received bent like it was tied too tight, 2-Amethyst was the same, 3-Tourmaline after wearing less than 24 hrs 2 long string popped out, 4-turquoise is ok, but the day is still young. I contacted customer service twice and NO response. Poor quality and poor customer service. Don’t buy from them.

Do you believe in magic? Sometimes it seems like there is more than what is seen that is energetically connecting us to spirit and earth and the feelings that we remember from our childhood that touch our hearts and warm the hearts of others. I got to spend a little time in that magic this afternoon and I’d love to share my story with you and I hope it inspires you to create a story of your own after you make the choice to connect with a energetic part of earth magic and create special moments of peace inside yourself that you can share with others while simultaneously receiving that same magic back and an even more fulfilling way.

I was spending time with my granddaughter this afternoon who is about four months old. Her name is Lucia, which means the light that conquers darkness. Her mom was on a work call and she was fussy and hungry and having a hard time.  I closed my eyes and asked spirit to help me use my intuition for a solution and thought of my new stones instantly!  I was drawn to my black obsidian piece and decided to wrap the bracelet around a couple of my fingers and let her grab it and become mesmerized by the way the stones felt  and the contrast they provided against my skin. The minute she focused on it she calmed down and her energy, and mine , connected to a soothing peacefulness that provided just the right vibration for her light to shine until her mother emerged few minutes later.   My four year old grandson was sitting next to us curiously watching and put his little hand on her back and  whispered “see Lucia ,grandma is using her magic just  like you will someday. “ ❤️

I love the brand and the quality. Otter Spirit is a great brand at a great price. I have beads and bracelets and have made my own for years. The craftsmanship is hands down superior to anything I have made or found in different shops. I love how well packaged each piece is, how they have a quality card describing what the stones are, ruling planets/zodiac signs etc. I use that to have new intentions throughout the day- I just read it and remind myself how supportive the universe is when i align my words, actions, focus and even yes my jewelry.

I absolutely love my Aries bracelet pack mini! The three bracelets look gorgeous together. I will enjoy showing the bracelets off in my tarot videos. Customer service is excellent.
