Asking for holiday rent didn’t get back 3 days then payment is need to pay they wait till paid day then they won’t need to do rent holiday

Had the greatest experience with Abu at…
Had the greatest experience with Abu at Otto car. He was very helpful through out. Cars were cleaned and charged. They catered for my every needs. Will highly recommend to visit the Streatham branch they are great.

Dealt with an Insurance and Intervention Specialist named Josh S from start to end. I received a call on the day of the accident, and was kept informed the whole way. I was compensated for the repairs within 7 days which exceeded my expectations - 10/10 service. Thanks Josh.

Do not get a car from here you have…
Do not get a car from here you have been warned. Customer service was ok 2 years ago now it’s completely non existent, you cart book repairs because no1 responds to your emails, you cart book holidays because no1 responds to them and they are just left pending while they keep saying you the invoice for that week you have booked off and you cart get them to book a service in on time. Stay well clear you have been warned

I had their car on rent to buy for…
My name is Elton Castagnetti,
I had their car on rent to buy for 3months,
They charge your account for something you didn’t do or haven’t used, awful customer service. The car was stolen, not my fault at all and they still charged me £1000 pounds excess , stay away from them ,terrible!
Now I’m out of pocket and mentally de stress.

Unfortunately, as with most insurance policies, settling a theft claim does involve payment of the applicable insurance excess. This is a standard part of the process.
