Absolute Banditen
Absolute Banditen. Ich wollte es nicht wahrhaben, dass die Versprechen von günstig und digital falsch sind, obwohl mich mein ehemaliger Debeka-Vertreter eindringlich gewarnt hat. Was soll ich sagen, er hatte vollkommen recht. Auch wenn die digitale App komfortabel ist: Bei jeder Rechnung über 100€ hat man das Gefühl, dass alle Rechnungen von nur einer Person im ganzen Unternehmen bearbeitet werden, so langsam sind die. Gleichzeitig versucht Ottonova in reinster Schikane sich immer wieder neue Dinge auszudenken, um nicht zahlen zu müssen. Ich kann nur jedem raten, die Finger von diesem Unternehmen zu lassen und sich eine anständige Versicherung zu suchen, bevor es zu spät ist.

Sehr guter Service und günstige Lösung für Studierende
Ich bin mit meiner Erfahrung bei ottonova sehr zufrieden. Besonders positiv fand ich den freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Kundenservice sowie die nette Betreuung.
Für mich als Student war ottonova besonders interessant, da ich über 30 Jahre alt bin und die Versicherung für mich deutlich günstiger war als eine gesetzliche Krankenversicherung. Dadurch war sie während meiner Studienzeit eine sehr gute und passende Lösung für meine Situation.
Ich habe mich bei ottonova immer gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch die Angebote für Studierende finde ich sehr passend und kundenorientiert.
Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die Unterstützung und den freundlichen Service. Ich kann ottonova aus meiner persönlichen Erfahrung weiterempfehlen.

As a student I had this problem where my semester date was months earlier than my actual arrival date due to me being on waiting list from the embassy. And due to this misalignment, I was initially debited from the semester start date. When I reached out to Ottonova's concierge, they were prompt in understanding my situation and I was rightfully credited. I really appreciate their service.

Excellent communication and service
I was stuck in a problem for delayed appointment of my visa extension. I was bit scared due this since it's getting expired. But the customer service understands the situation and provided enough time to provide the document considering my appointment and the receiving of resident permit. And also she was quick enough to respond and gave me a solution. I'm really happy about the service.

Great customer service
I wanted to clarify about a correct insurance certificate for my personal work and they guide me with that. Since tgere were lots of certificates for different purposes I couldn't find the correct one. They found the correct document for my purpose and sent it to me privately. As always they contacred me within few hours and helped.

Die Erstattung ist ein Desaster.
Ich warte auf eine Rechnung seit 6 Wochen, auf eine seit 4 Wochen, auf eine seit 2 Wochen.
Auf Nachfrage im Chat gibt’s kaum eine Antwort außer nach einem Tag dass man das prüft. Seit Wochen.
Es ist nicht das erste Mal… geht woanders hin. Der Service ist echt beschissen.
