Seit 2021 rundum zufrieden – großes Lob an Antonia!
Ich bin bereits seit Anfang 2021 Kunde bei ottonova und nach wie vor wirklich sehr zufrieden. Vor Kurzem hatte ich Probleme mit dem Zugang zu meinem Account. Antonia hat sich direkt darum gekümmert und innerhalb eines Vormittags war das Problem vollständig gelöst – seitdem funktioniert wieder alles tadellos.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich dabei den Kontakt mit Antonia: absolut freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Genau so wünscht man sich Kundenservice!
Auch insgesamt bin ich mit meiner Zahnzusatzversicherung mehr als zufrieden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt für mich absolut und auch der Concierge-Service ist ein echter Pluspunkt.
Nach über fünf Jahren als Kunde kann ich sagen: Ich möchte definitiv auch weiterhin bei ottonova bleiben. Klare Empfehlung von mir! 😊

Der Kundenservice ist sehr unhöflich. Es dauert sehr lange, bis man eine Antwort erhält. Die gestellten Fragen werden nicht präzise beantwortet, sondern man antwortet nur so, wie es einem gerade passt.

Worst experience so par.
My doctor prescribed me a medication that is quite expensive, and unfortunately, I cannot afford it myself. Therefore, I contacted them to ask whether they could cover the cost.
It has now been around a month, and I still haven’t received a clear answer. Whenever I follow up, they simply tell me that my request has been forwarded to another department and is still under review.This has been going on for weeks without any resolution or concrete update.
It’s extremely frustrating because I need to know whether the medication will be covered so that I can proceed with my treatment.

Super fast and efficient service
I requested an urgent insurance certificate for my Belgian student visa, and the support team (Marco and Narges) went above and beyond to help me. They issued the updated document with all specific embassy clauses incredibly fast. This really shows that choosing Ottonova was the best decision. If you are a student looking for a reliable health insurance in Germany, this is it! Super happy with the service and highly recommend it!

App is developed very well. Processing times are extremely slow. Support experience is poor, requires bouncing many people before issue is resolved.

Eine sehr schlechte Beratung, immer verzögert mit den Rechnungen, manchmal wird man einfach ignoriert.
Allen, die mal nachgedacht haben sich bei ottonova zu versichern, würde ich davon abraten!!!

Einfach, schnell und besonders englischfreundlich
Ich habe bisher sehr positive Erfahrungen mit ottonova gemacht. Die App ist intuitiv und einfach zu bedienen, der Kundenservice reagiert schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit, und der gesamte Service ist auch auf Englisch problemlos nutzbar. Besonders für Expats in Deutschland sehr empfehlenswert.
