Product works as described, I just wish it had more sturdy or a heavier gage solar connecting wire, 12 gage wire i believe would be perfect when in use, the wires would not get warm. I use a 24v 200... Voir plus

A great value purchase.
The 1800 arrived in a very short time, and in perfect condition.
I have two other units, both made by a different big name company. The 1800 falls right in the middle between the two others in terms of watt hours, inverter watts and weight. The Oupes 1800 cost half as much per watt hour.

Oupes 1200
It was shipped quickly came packaged very well. Out of the box I charged it fully and I'm still watching it to see how well it holds it's charge... The usage is great things charge right up! So far I am thrilled. I am looking toward buying a home generator so please keep me informed of any special deals.

Not used yet but well-built and charged fast!
While I have yet to actually use the power bank, it appears to be well-built and finished nicely. It came charged to 50% and I plugged it in to charge it to full capacity. It didn't take long. This is a conditional first review and I'll add to it after I have the opportunity to actually use it to power something. With the weather and heat being as high as it's been this summer, I may not have to wait long.

So far it has been great
So far it has been great. I have used it to power some off grid activities right out of the box. Bluetooth and WiFi and the connected App are a really nice plus. The only reason for 4 stars is the weight of the unit, not as portable as I hoped, I would love all the features, perhaps in a modular design (detachable main battery as an example) so it is easier to transport. Definitely requires 2 people for any use that needs any lifting (like into the bed of a truck for a camping excursion). Price was awesome compared to other units of similar specs and features.

Worst experience ever..
Worst experience ever... product was delivered dead, no power at all, box looked used... then to top it all off the terrible slow customer service, took 2 weeks to get a return label, and they wasted my time money and patience. Stay away...
