OUPES Avis

A little slow to respond but took time with me on my issue.

Initially, I was disappointed that the app wouldn't recognize the Mega 1 & 2, but at least the machines still worked. Your team was able to get me to fix the permissions on my phone, so all is well now. Maybe you should include this information on the front end or in the app instructions for future users?

Purchased for my son as a gift. The power bank appears to be a quality made product with good features and a a reasonable price point. It should meet all of his camping requirements.

Super efectivo llego en un super tiempo con una emboltura excelente gracias

Great service experience. I e mailed with questions and they replied within hours. Immediate responses.
The unit itself is beautiful. Seems like it could have lasted a little longer on my camping trip. It ran a very small fan for about 6 hours and charged 4 dead phones completly and extremely fast I might add. That's about all though. Better than nothing i suppose but, being knowledgeable about electricity, I expected and hoped for just a little better. Maybe stick to the leading name brands? 🤔

Good value for these size units.

I have always been able to get a tax exemption applied after a purchase when necessary with other vendors, but Oupes says they are unable to do this.

Was very communicative regarding shipping. Came in about a week. Well packaged. Great product.

Price is insanely low for a great product, may order a 3000 watt Oupes....👍

Oupes power stations are of good quality and the company offers very competitive prices during promotions. A great product to buy

Oupes will not even return an email about there prices. If they can't do this I bet when you have a problem it's worse !!!!

Great service and when I called for help on an issue, the person solved the problem quickly.

The setup you made is a great help for me to set up and not worry. When I want power roll it out and plug in whatever I need and I can get by . The first discharge showed me. I plugged in flood lights and a couple of large fan’s I had and it took all night to run down. I recharged from the house and in five hours it was at 90% . The next recharge I will use the solar panels. I have four generators that I can run the house on and charge the batteries during the day and secure them at night. AS I can budget them I will add more batteries. The only thing I can think of is that if the main was like my E F Delta 3 and from my phone would see the storm warning and charge up to full to be ready if I am not home.

Quick shipping and had my power source before we left for our trip. Great box for the week to use camping.

The support on calls I have made has been very good, they worked with me to resolve Oupes Guardian 6000 V2 is a Great product.
