I bought the mega power station two. It is performing beyond my expectations. I did have trouble connecting to Bluetooth, but their customer service was exceptional.

These products don’t work as advertised. Customer service is the absolute worst to respond to anyone. It takes at least 24 hours but up to 5 days to get a response. The only reason for 1 star is because they do stand behind the warranty because you’re going to be using it a lot. And refunds are completely out of the question. Go a different route. Do not purchase.

I love my second Oupes 2400 Watt Power Station. Now I can use one while charging the other with the portable solar panel. I have 2 kitchens. Now I can run both refrigerators and one chest freezer during a power outage. Looking forward to eventually getting a Guardian 6000 V2 or 2 and some more panels so that I can run my 240V AC/Heat units.

I like how easy some contact was. But I also sent in a question about recycling a while while ago. And it still has not been answered, so not fully confident that the customer service experience is exceptional

I Love my Exodus1200! It arrived quickly and well-packed. I had a couple of questions and customer service has been wonderful. I am very happy I bought it. Five stars!

Mega 2 is functioning as advertised. Happy with the results so far. I'm currently setting up a 1200 watt solar array to keep it charged while electrifying my entire family room. Depending on the continued success of this unit I am contemplating the purchase of a Guardian 6000 V2 to enable me to further distance myself from the grid.

So, after some extensive research I decided that the Exodus 1200 was the all round best Power station in its class.
1200w inverter and just under 1000Wh LiFePo4 battery.
Fast charging with AC and solar input.
Option to choose the slow charge rate reduces battery stress.
For the price there was nothing else that came close to the specs of the Exodus 1200.
Excellent customer service, having already bought a Exodus 600 a few years ago and having a MEGA 1 for over a year I have had every opportunity to test the performance, reliability and build quality of OUPES products.

I purchased the OUPES GUARDIAN 6000 in 2025 and cash was tight I was glad to be able to pick up the expansion battery in 2026 had a great price also had some questions and got a quick response from Opus customer support

Device arrived non functional and has been a total pain to get it exchanged for a new one to the point where I need to go buy a new one from a different brand will not be purchasing ever again

I ordered a new backup battery for my solar generator, the price was reduced and I purchased it, i have always gotten great service from Oupes and have and will recommend them

I bought two packs one for the house and one for my camper both seam to work as expected. We will see as time goes on. But I think they will good

I must have just received a defective unit as it never worked correctly. I have been issued a return and refund.

Purchased the Mega 2 Pro and Mega 3. I got the Mega 2 Pro for our travel trailer. Tested it and was able to run one of my A/C unites with 12v fridge and lights. Worked flawlessly. The Mega 3 will be used in the house to keep the fridges running along with some lights, in case of a power outage. Great products

The power station I ordered arrived fast but with the b2 battery being out of stock I was disappointed that I wasn't informed of it after purchasing it.
