This is a GREAT AND POWERFUL OZ! I mean Oupes generator, lol 😂
The app could use a little work, it this thing runs my whole, big camper!

The 1200 oupes didn't work and your service was no help and when we asked for a replacement we where told they didn't have one to replace it with. They gave us an option to upgrade and now we are waiting for a return label and a refund. We will not recommend your products to anyone.

Generator was sent out promptly and we had a storm right after I received it and the power went out and it saved me from having a flooded basement. Your company is doing a great job.

Is been almost 2 weeks and I have not received my solar panels… can not tell you if your portable system work or not

Support was timely and knowledgeable. They were able to answer my questions and were very helpful.

The G5 battery got here on the date as promised. I was able to purchase it during a discount offering.

I had issues with the first two units. The support unit was very responsive and they replaced both and didn't hesitate to make my Oupes experience great.

I received a great deal so I bought 5 /1200 w solar generators, I received a 50.00 off coupon for my first purchase in my email after I had paid. I sent customer service a email stating, that I already paid and couldn’t use the 50.00 off now. Without hesitation they refunded me 50.00 and it was back in my bank acct immediately. So far I love my generators, I have experimented with them by running things just to test them out. I am now patiently waiting for an outage, to get the full effect of them. I have everything I need plugged into them and ready to go. I have never wished for the power to go out, so this is nice being prepared and no longer have to drag my gas generator out and all the extension cords in the middle of a storm. I will update when the power officially goes out.

The price was really excellent and I bought two OUPES 1800W, 1488Wh Portable Power Stations on sale for $633. They arrived fairly quickly and were very well packaged. Very simple to charge. I tested one of them out running my refrigerator. I didn’t run it for the entire test, but it seemed like it would run for at least 24 hours based on running it for 12 hours and the device showing 12 hours left on the charge. I believe that they weigh something like 34 pounds each, so not exactly lightweight. Hopefully I will never have to use them. But if I do, I’m confident that they will do the job for at least 24 hours. I bought one for my refrigerator and one for my small freezer. I have extension cords that I can run to different rooms to use for lighting. That’s the plan anyway. I did a lot of research on different companies, including Anker and kept coming back to Oupes. The sale price definitely motivated me. Two of these units for a total less than what you usually pay for one unit. My research also showed that their customer service was better than most of the other companies. Hopefully I will never have to find out.

Pretty nice unit for the price. I also have the exodus 600 for smaller uses. I use the 1200 as a battery backup for my cpap machine.

I'm happy with purchasing my Oupes 2400. It's been working as advertised and looks good on my kitchen counter.
It's easy to solar charge using the two Anderson ports and two 200 watt solar panels.

Hard this time to communicate with the support group.

I have been using an Oupes mega3 ans three B2 LiFePo battery's powered by Renogy Bifacial 450kw
pole mount solar panels. Flawless performance and great customer service. A few weeks ago, a powerful electrical storm here in SW Montana caused a EMP, not hitting directly but a near miss, shutting down the mega3 and two batteries. Iris, and customer service has been wonderfully supportive and responsive. I needed another mega3 for my bunkhouse and purchased another mega3, put the affected 3 into delivery box and sent off with FedEx supplied label. Thanks Oupes.

Although I had a failed Oupes 1800, the warranty process was handled efficiently. I ended up with a Oupes Mega 1 for additional monies. I think it was handled properly.

The unit was DOA. Would not turn on. Plugged it in all day. Still dead as a rock. Zero help in owners manual. Zero customer support — Does not reply to emails. Phone puts you in hold and then hangs up. At this point, my money is just gone

Excellent equipment

I had a problem with my 1 yr old Exodus 1200 throwing a E022 code when the battery % got down to 6 or 7%. I contacted customer support and let them know I had tried several times to leave the unit on charger for several hours to balance cells but I was still getting this error code. They immediately issued a return shipping label for my Exodus to come in for warranty repair. Jack in customer support was very helpful, courteous and quick respond. You can't ask for more than that!

Delivery was fast and easy. The product looks to be well made and operates as described. As it is new, it will take time to be able to report on operational success.
