The battery works very well. The communications keeps dropping and I have to keep connecting to WiFi. That means I can not connect when I am away. I have tried various settings suggested by support but it continues to be an issue

I had a small problem with my purchase I had a few communication errors until we got it clarified but they responded very fast and took care of any issues I had I also purchased an extra part from them a charge cable for my other power station it came very quickly and went very smoothly great company do business with they responded all the time

Very prompt and thorough explanations to help me resolve some issues. When that didn't work, Oupes sent out an upgraded replacement that I happily paid for the difference in price. Highly recommended company.

Unfortunately I didn't check the delivery address and it was going to our winter address

Bought it to power my pond fountain. Have no power where my pond is. I can run fountain for 5 plus hours. Only takes my generator 1.15 to recharge. And I am allso charging using solar. Very happy with the product so far. I will use it to power my Bush Craft Hut off grid this winter as well.

Overall, yes my issue was resolved. But that’s where this review takes a twist. I’m going to be completely honest and not sugar coat anything. I will say that the customer support structure at Oupes absolutely SUCKS!!! Yes I said it. This whole communication through email is a bunch of nonsense. You cannot make any kind of progress when you have to wait till the next day for a response. The communication was professional and the support staff was nice. It was just very annoying to wait so long for a response. A lot more could have been accomplished in a 5 minute phone call. Which brings me to the customer service phone number. A live person doesn’t answer the phone. Instead you are met with a recording instructing you to leave your name and number and someone will contact you within 24 hours. Sorry, but that doesn’t fly with me. And when someone did finally call me back he was snooty and came across as though I was an inconvenience to him. So yeah, Oupes’s customer service is a pain in the ass. I give them 2 out of 5 stars. Do I love their product? Absolutely! I have a Mega3 and it’s AWESOME!!! I just hope I don’t have any more issues as I may have a Stroke if I have to play that game again. Two weeks it took me to get my issue resolved. When it could have been handled over a much shorter time span. Do better Oupes. Please. I do love your product but I will have no problem going to EcoFlo if I have to do this again. I have delt with ecoflo and energy and they both take care of business right away.

This product requires an app, and a quick look at the app store (and Reddit) you can confirm the company does not care about it. The same issues have been ongoing for over a year, resulting in a very low score. If the product requires an app, I would expect the company to care about the app. It is impossible to connect to the device unless do a bad thing where you need to find an old app and manually download that.
The customer service is very poor, taking days to respond and only using the same troubleshooting each time - even after sending video and photo evidence (ie they asked to download the latest. I sent a photo confirming it is the latest download, with patch ID. After a few days they told me I need the app was not the latest and to download the app with the same exact ID I already showed them.
It has been almost a month and there has been zero progress.
For the cost, this is too expensive for these issues. Even small generic smart watch companies can pair their devices to their apps.

Shipment on time.
Product has no apps but big size battery capapacity.
Overall happy with the product for the prize.
One negative is the external charging adaptor is huge and to max out charging, two adaptors are needed.

Excellent service and arrived right on time got to use it and worked great thank you will definitely purchase again I got the new mega pro 2 2400 Watts
