Shipment was fast and product was well protected for shipment.

The Anderson port stopped working. I bought this to charge via solar in my RV in a parking lot at a hospital where I was getting cancer treatment. It stopped working. I started the warranty process and they gave me instructions to send a video what was wrong with the product. After a month of emails all I got was your item is not available until the end of September. Now this doesn't work for what I bought it for and now I'm forced to charge this buy bringing it into the hospital and charging it inside and bringing it back out. Nice. Let's just say I haven't had the best luck in my life and this didn't help. I just want it fixed 😭

Bought a 2400 what unit and failed after only 19 days! Unit stopped taking charge, AC ports stopped working and flashed a E004 code. I contacted Oupes support since they claim a 5 year warranty. After 11 days of getting absolutely no where and zero help they told me there is nothing they can do because the item is out of stock and they discontinued the item due to known failures. This company does not stand behind their product or their customers, their units will fail and they will discontinue them so they dont have to honor their warranty they claim and promise on their website. Stay as far away from this absolute garbage of a company that is only here to steal your money.

My only gripe is that they don't tell you what an update to the app actually does.

Timely delivery, I was able to track my order from it being placed to arrival at my home. Very pleased with product and service.

Only used it once. Just got it the other week. So far so good. I hope OUPES wants an HONEST review in 6 months after having using it for a while !!!! Also this company I trust a lot more than others I own several OUPES power units hope this one works out.

Unit came in a timely manner and packaging was very good. Unit worked as it should right out of the box

Delivered on time. Battery charged up and performed as expected. If they weren't so pricey, I'd probably buy two more.

Third Oupes unit we own. We love them and use all 3. The 6000 just arrived and quickly, as always. It’s a beast and absolutely does not disappoint.

Received my G5 battery (my 3rd battery) charged it up and works great. Fast shipping. I’m a big fan of oupes !

Overall, the power station works as intended. There are some bizarre design flaws on this machine. The glaringly obvious one:

Why put the handle on the back of the unit? It’s heavy, it tilts forward. You will always lay it on the corner of the front face…

Remaining percent:

It’s stays at 100% after being used at high load for a few minutes. It also stays at 0% for 20 minutes at 145 watts. It seems like a better battery capacity estimate wouldn’t be that hard to calculate.

On and off:

You have to press and hold to turn it on. You have to press, then press a second time and hold to turn it off. Annoying.

The 240watt solar panel doesn't seem to charge very well I had it in full sun for about 6 hours and my power box from 22% to 33% in full sun which is way below my expectations

It was delivered in a timely manner. I am using it for a backup for my C-PAC machine. It wa only charged to 64% when our power went out during the night. I plugged my machine in and it lasted for the night! I am so glad I ordered it and I am pleased with the machine.

Best price on the market, does the job.

My Mega 1 Lite stopped working. It took days for a response and when I finally got one it was tough luck. They claim there was an energy spike and would not stand behind their warranty. When I asked why their battery management system and overload protection didn’t work they would not answer. It was a terrible experience and now I have to buy a new unit.

Recieved a unit that never worked. After more than a week of exchanging emails and not speaking to a real person I was instructed to return it for replacement. Now waiting days for FedEx to pick it up. I've spent countless hours of jumping through hoops and emailing and re-boxing and waiting on FedEx and im still weeks away from hopefully getting a working unit. None of it my fault. Would have NEVER bought this if I would have known all I had to go through!!

Technical support and customer support made the difference on this purchase. Questions that I had about solar panel connections, and previous experience with the Mega 2. This purchase I stepped up to the mega-3. And it has been an excellent choice! Highly recommend the Opus product line, and exceptional customer service.
