Not Happy with this company, received my Guardian 6000 Last week can't get ahold of this company,phone Bluetooth will not connect...Tryes calling,email nothing I believe I'm sending this unit back a very piss poor company...Can't call them left several messages...Nothing ... Total bullshit.

All I wanted was a SIMPLE solar system for home and RV use.
I didn't know that I needed to be a tech guru to make it work. Blue tooth, WiFi that I could never get to work. I shouldn't have to find my phone to use the solar.

Great product. Quick service . And customer service replies quickly. Ill be back for more batteries soon. Thank you.

I ordered something that turned out to be not useable for my situation and you were able to get the order cancelled and refunded. Very timely responses from Jack.

I've compared this with Jackery, and for the features, this is hands down better. I have the Guardian 6000 V2 and also the Jackery 5000 Plus. For the money, the Oupes is the clear winner.

Unlike my other solar generators, I had to go into my phone's settings to connect it to the app. Thankfully, the Oupes team responded to my e-mail within 1 day with the correct settings. Now everything functions as advertised.

So far I have a negative experience on the Guardian 6000v2 which I received. I followed the setup instructions only to find out the unit wasn’t charging, it showed 65% charge and this replicated on what was showing on the app. I subsequently went through the process again and saw that there was a firmware update which it stated to install then it stopped. I now have no communication with the guardian 6000v2 and no display. The unit is non responsive/dead. I logged an issue with support and received an automated reply requesting additional information which I supplied. Now on day 4 I have no response. Needless to say so far completely disappointed and wondering if I made a good choice especially as I did my homework with regards the product capabilities and support which I did note had issues but had improved. From my current experience I cannot concur. If this changes I will update my post accordingly. Hopefully someone from Oupes reads this post and understands that customer service and support is a key part of the package. These units aren’t cheap and the expectations are high

My item was not delivered on the dates that were posted by oupes on both occasions. Why do you not have available accessories that are needed to operate the unit?

Shipping was incredibly fast. Packaging was very good, considering how heavy these batteries are. The system seems to work fine. We tested it on a small floor heater and it worked great. The only downside to this system are the weight of the batteries, and the inability for the add-on battery to lock in place on the top of the charge station to keep from sliding off while trying to move the unit, which has a small set of sturdy luggage type wheels and a pull-out handle to transport it. Two batteries cannot be moved together. They are too heavy for one person. The portable solar panels are not made for long-term use outdoors, either. Otherwise, it's a great backup system to have. I recommend that you try this system out. It will be great for power outages or to help lower your light bill a little.

I have now purchased the guardian six thousand v two and two expansion batteries . I had a small problem with the second battery leveling up to the first battery. But as soon as I ran the whole system down to 0 both batteries leveled out together. So far , i'm pretty pleased with the system.

Very good well built solar generator

I really wanted this power station because the price was great, but the shipping process was frustrating. My order sat as "Unfulfilled" for a long time, and I had to email customer service just to find out it was out of stock. I wish they would've been upfront about that from the beginning instead of taking my money and leaving me wondering what was going on.
Customer service did respond, apologized, and gave me a $30 credit for the delay, which I appreciated. They also said they would prioritize my order, and it did eventually ship.
I think OUPES has a good product, but they really need to do a better job communicating with customers. A simple email saying, "We're out of stock and here's when we expect to ship," would've saved me a lot of unnecessary stress. Overall, I'm giving 3 stars because the customer service made things right, but the ordering experience definitely needs improvement.

I bought the guardian v2 with extra battery during an 11 day power outage so I never have to get power directly from a generator again. I ordered it on the 3rd day of the outage and it was here in 7 days. It was easy to set up and top off the charge when the power came on later that day. I'm now well prepared for the next outage. Ordering was easy and shipping was fast
