The product came "on time" even though you said it will e shipped on 9-10-26. I was not feeling well so I did not open the box until th 12th. The problem is the APP, I cannot connect to the unit. So I can't control it. I like that's it small and has enough power. I wish y'all could do something about the APP. All the other power stations that I have I haven't had this much trouble.

Honestly I love oupes products . I have the guardian power station and I just bought 2 x 288wh powerstaions. And I recall one representative sayingu purchase came with a free item which at the time I didn't respond to email .

Today I remember speaking to a representative named rakeem . This gentle man called me just to remind me that that was just a promotion and that I had to respond to that email since opeus is didved into many departments. Understood very well crystal clear. My problem is that when your uniform says opeus you should represent all departments and have some customer service . Which I never received from Mr. Rakeem. Honestly I was thinking of expanding my collection but due to this sour.encounter with this representative I have second thoughts. I have paid for my equipment with my hard earned money. Went from a 5 star to a 2 star due to horrible customer service from Mr. Rakeem.

THE FIRST UNIT GUARDIAN 600 V1 WAS AWESOME, I BOUGHT A 6000V2 BECAUSE OF THE VOLTAGE LIMIT ON THE V1. THE V1 IS AWESOME AND STILL WORKS GREAT. THE V2 HAS A HIGHER VOLTAGE LIMIT WHICH I COULD RUN ALL 8 OF MY SOLAR PANELS. UNFORTUNATELY IT DIED WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH AS I WAS PUTTING IT THRU THE PACES OF RUNNING MY SHOP JUST LIKE THE V1. THE V1 HANDLED IT NO SWEAT WITH LESS SOLAR PANELS. THE V2 DIED TOO EARLY. PROBABLY BAD SOLDER JOINT OR SOMETHING SIMILAR. WILL PROBABLY HAVE TO GET A REPLACEMENT

Exodus 700 - Mainly have only used the 12v and USB so far. Only 4 stars as the fan is on the noisy side with only a minor draw when plugged into wall, (was using as a 12v source for a 12v electric throw and USB charging), the fan only ran intermittently. Could also hear relays cycling while in use in a quiet room. Upside, I like the new options in the app, could use some explanations for the new features in the app. Also there is no manual available in the app for the newer Exodus models as I am writing this. Other than the minor issues noted above am happy with the unit as has performed flawlessly.

We received the items quickly and on time. They are great products both well made and easy to use. I will be looking for more great products from you in the near future.

Guardian 6000 V2 is big enough to run our two fridges and kitchen lights during peak hour ($0.59/kwh) from 4pm-9pm daily. 2 portable 240watts solar panels just good enough to charge the unit up to 90% during the daytime....next wish i can get a G5 battery...waiting for discount...

I own a 2022 KZ Connect 31' RV. Moved it to empty lot in Austin and when I saw what I had to pay out to hook up electric, decided to shop for solar. Bought Oupes 6000 V2 and hooked up 360 Watt 10.5V used solar panels and have yet to use my gas generator after two weeks. Can charge it from panels while using AC inside. I have eight panels to hook up but with total sun have only hooked up four since Oupes is so efficient. They have provided great support so far. App on phone works well once you know how to press the AC or DC buttons or both (if you are charging while using). Very satisfied. Will expand with battery for shed and washer dryer set in shed. Can't wait for their new products.

I ordered a new Opus mega-3 power station.
I am extremely disappointed because I received a used Opus mega-3 power station. I don't know if it's a return or if it's a refurbished one. I don't know how many battery Cycles it has. I paid for a new unit, I expected to receive a new unit, not a scratched up used one.
I didn't have problems with my mega 1 that one arrived and has worked flawlessly for almost 2 years now.

Products ordered came quickly, in good condition. I asked a question online and was answered very quickly. Emails came notifying me every step of the way. I didn't have to guess. Good instructions and very available help! Thank you!

La entrega fue rapidísima,el empaquetado excepcional, la estación me gustó mucho, solo recomiendo mejorar en cuanto a la calidad del material, y la calidad de las tapas que protegen las entradas de corriente de la estación también las siento muy débiles, hay ciertas salidas de corriente que también pienso deberían traer alguna tapa de protección par evitar que le entre suciedad como el polvo por ejemplo u otras partículas que puedan provocar un mal funcionamiento, esto solo es una recomendación con carácter constructivo para que sigan creciendo más en esta industria, para mí estan entre una de las mejores, ah! otro cosa importante ,la app deberían mejorarla mucho más , agregarle más controles sobre la estación, más configuraciones
