Well, its a nice unit packing a good amount of Wh in a greatly priced package. It works well and cant complain at all. We'll see over tine how the quality lives up to its claim.

I have the Oupes Mega 2. Hands down to this little but powerful devise. The price was reasonable priced, the powerful 5400 surge watts powered my 12,000btu ac mini split with no issues. Giving me relief from the hot Temps in Missouri. The mega 2 is a little heavy at 48lbs but manageable to carry. I am so HAPPY with this purchase..

I can't connect the app to power station using Bluetooth. Set up instructions are terrible

I got a great deal on a small to medium size solar generator. perfect for all of my needs. This is my first time purchasing Oupes product. I’m extremely happy with the speed of Delivery. I’m sure it’s not always the case, but I had my solar generator in two days. It’s very easy to understand the instructions, the app was very easy to install. Overall, a great product, it was packaged extremely well. I am very happy with my purchase.

So. Bottom line. I got two Mega 1s for $300 each. At that price it is an incredible buy. It works as advertised with no issues. I also got the B2 Battery for one of the Mega 1s. So for like $950 I got a 2000 watt/3000wh system that seem to work great. I have had no issues with any of these components.

Bought the Oupes Mega 1 at an awesome sale price. Item shipped promptly and was updated on status. Item worked fine out of box without issues. I accidentally replied to a automated support message and they were quick to respond. Only negative is lack of firmware updates and only a basic app for this model.

I received a defective Mega 1. I contacted customer service and was told to make videos. I made videos. They disputed the videos. I explained to them why they were wrong. They agreed but wanted me to go through a very time consuming process to recalibrate the battery. All this within 10 days of receiving the solar generator. I have spent hours on this. I have a defective brand new unit that I bought directly from Oupes. They do not stand behind their product. Jackery does. Buy Jackery and stay away from this company.

The Mega 5 meets the needs for emergency home back 120 volt power for critical devices. It does not have a 240 volt outlet, nor is it particularly suited for car charging, but if you don’t need these items, the unit is then very cost effective for home backup or camping. It is heavy, 110 lbs., which should be expected with large battery capacity units. Also, it’s expandable, with only one add on unit, which I don’t believe I’d ever need more. Operation is simple, again, nothing extra to drive up the cost, just push the buttons and you’re in business. The display is also simple and easy to read. The one negative is the remote blue-tooth app, which doesn’t work on my unit. I don’t consider this very important in my use as I can just walk up to it and look.

Just knowing that I have backup power is relaxing.

Customer service and response to my questions was fast & accurate. The products are performing great.

I bought 2 units, 1 for my house to run 11 fish tanks, a refrigerator, and a freezer.
(I ran a test and the unit was able to run all of the units for 8 hours on 1 charge)

1 for my folks to run 3 sump pumps.

I also love the EPS abilities. It prevents me from having to prime the filters.

Needed a reliable portable solar generator. Oupes delivers this and more in an inexpensive powerful portable powerstation. I liked this product so much, I bought a second unit. No worries about power needs in an emergency or on the road.
