Spoke with Muskaan today to help me with my travel insurance policy, she answered all questions I had, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

I have yet to start my trip however having a few phone calls with their advisors have made the process very simple.

I am going travelling for 6 months + and purchased backpackers insurance through another company to then realise that it didn't cover you if you did not have a return flight booked. After calling Outbackers insurance they assured me I am fully covered without requiring a return flight having been booked and that I can extend it during my journey if needed.

So far great experience, would reccomend.
