I’ve left a message with your 877-488-3581 number yesterday with no reply, regarding my previous two purchases of these lamps and two of which have lost power even with new batteries and I’m asking what to do next as they have been good lights but now they seem to be failing and I just bought six more.

I was sent the wrong things. What I got I did not order. Sending it back. Very disappointed.

It was easy to find the tops i needed and they shipped quickly. I love that i only had to replace the old tops and not remove the stakes. So good

It arrived quickly, and was what I expected.. very pleased with the results.

We have experience and animal coming onto our porch during the night and relieving itself. We place the solar motion panel in the path of the animal and no more problem.

Do not purchase from this company unless you are 100% sure you will be satisfied with your purchase. The company DOES NOT pay for return shipping. I purchased a 10 piece set of solar path lights that were shipped to me in two boxes. One box contained 8 pieces and the second box contained two. The lamps are extremely fragile and one arrived broken in a few large pieces and hundreds of very sharp shards. The company shipped me a new one. Once I looked them all over I decided that they were too fragile and cheap looking to keep so I decided to return them. I took them to be mailed only to find out that the least expensive way to send the large box would cost $51 and the least expensive way to send the small box would be $27. In this day and age, most companies are reasonable about returns and either charge a small fee or no fee to return. There are many other options to but these and other lights. Go with another company if you don’t want the hassle. These were not adequately packaged for shipping from the seller.

I have just read the response to my review. The fact remains that the company DOES NOT pay for returns so unless you are able to know IN ADVANCE that you will be satisfied with your purchase- DO NOT buy from this company. You will either end up spending a lot of money on shipping and insurance or you will be stuck with items you’re not happy with. In my case, I’m stuck with unsatisfactory items because, in my case, the shipping would have cost almost as much as the items I purchased. For a large box the amount would have been over $70 for the least expensive shipping and over $20 for a small box. It is true that the website’s small print does state that the company isn’t responsible for the shipping of returned items but I missed it before I ordered. Who would knowingly purchase from a company with this policy when the exact or similar items can be purchased from companies with friendlier, more reasonable return policies?

I have purchased solar lights from this company before and they worked great. It was time to replace some and I went back to Outdoor Solar Outlet. Great price and great customer service.

The new flagpole was replacing an aged existing flagpole. After unpacking the new flagpole it was obvious the new flagpole was incredibly cheap and shoddy manufactured. I did install it but expect to replace it within a year.

The solar flag unit works perfectly...just what I needed for my newly installed flagpole. Very bright at nite!
