Not happy Jan
First order I had was delivered by Australia Post. I have made second order,paid for delivery and now to find out that they are using some Sendle company? I would never made the order in the first place if realised that it will not be delivered by Australia Post. ALL third part couriers are unreliable and dodgy. I now expect that my parcel will be delivered to wrong address, mostly because they are illiterate, lazy by dropping parcel anywhere if I am not at home. Australi Post returns parcel to local post to wait for collection. How the hell I can redirect delivery of this parcel. I have PAID for it so it means THEY ARE REDPONSIBLE FOR MY PROPRTY. I had soany bad experiences in the past with third party couriers. If this parcel is not in my hands by 8th, I will call the bank and start transaction dispute. And since this company not using Australia Post any more, I will not be doing any business with them any more

Excellent Customer Service & Products
I am absolutely over the moon with the excellent customer service I have received from a lady named Jess. I purchased 2 pair ladies Starfish which arrived promptly but found the arch support a little intense for me but on speaking with Jess she advised the best option as I am diabetic therefore comfort is very important. This lady was brilliant. I originally ordered 2 pair with diamante for myself & now ordered a pair of black for my husband without diamante he! he! We have been wearing Aussie Soles & Starfish now for approx 15 years & have always been extremely happy with them. Thank you Jess for your expertise & you are a credit to the business.
