Placed an order for 4 pairs of thongs one evening and the next morning I received a call to advise they only had 3 pairs in the style I required but could supply the same colour in the same brand just slightly different. They were dispatched within 20 minutes of the call and received by mail 3 days later.
Excellent customer service, genuine product and prompt delivery - would definitely order from them again.

Product arrived on time and with regular updates.

Awesome friendly team at the outdoor warehouse. I bought some jandals .. Oops thongs I think Australians call them. The comms were on point and very fast shipping to match .
We live in a different country and the shipping was faster then some places I've purchased in my home country

My order never arrived. The delivery person was able to take a picture of my mail box but no location of my parcel was sourced. Contacted the store via email and they were rude stating "I am guessing the mailbox!" when I had already advised it was not in the mail box or anywhere else on my property. No resolution reached (No refund or re sending of items ordered). If your order does not arrive you will be disappointed

I have purchased from Outdoor Warehouse a few times and have always received my order as described and on time. I have a current order with them that has an item that is on back order with supplier giving different timeframes. I totally understand the situation as I work in retail as well, but what I do appreciate is the level of service provided by Justin. I have never had to follow him up, he has given me calls and kept me up to date throughout. Highly recommend, awesome customer service & great products. Thank you

Have just purchased a burke&wills derwent vest fleece lined and received delivery four days later how good is this service? Excellent service from company from reception to sales and our quick delivery and will be wearing it today.all within four days ! Thanks again outdoor warehouse 10/10 howard

Rusty items and the wrong size sent. Ordered 5 mm and got 3 mm. The rust was evident and wiped off onto the fingers. Probably traces of carcinogenic oils or greases left on ball bearings from recycling. Find a better quality of supplier with a better quality product.
