Shocking!!! Please never ever book…….
Arranged for clean on the 13th December between 2-4,never showed up.
I put down a £20 deposit and was promised it would be back in my account by the 24th December.!
They also rang me the night before for the rest of the balance which I never did.something was telling me don’t do it.

This company are cowboys. I booked my appointment and paid a deposit for half the cost of the clean. They called me several times after that to try and sell me teflon pads. The day before my appointment someone called me up and said I would have to pay the full balance before they came or it wouldn't go ahead. I paid the full amount. Then they cancelled my appointment on the day. They asked if I wanted to reschedule for a Sunday - I said no and asked for refund. They promptly told me I would receive an email with refund details. I didn't. I called them back the following day and was told they would process a refund but it would take 28 days. AVOID this company at all costs - they are scammers.

Don’t bother, very good at ringing you and trying to sell you more stuff, awful at keeping appointments. Rang me to say the cleaner would be late, then cancelled. Rearranged and then cancelled again on the day. Totally pointless. They have signed me up for a monthly instalment for next years clean, taken the money for the first month and haven’t even done this years clean. I have cancelled and asked for a full refund. We shall see what happens!

1 booked to have my oven cleaned on 20th December via the oven support website. I received an email response confirming my booking and saying they would be in touch to confirm timing. I received a phone call on 18 December to say they would be coming on the 20th between 1.00and 4.00pm.
On the day I received a phone call at 2.35pm saying the cleaner was delayed and would not be with me until 5.00pm, although not very convenient I agreed. Five minutes later I got another phone call to say he had a puncture and would not be coming. I was told by Kal that she could not give me another appointment until the end of the month, I said this was not acceptable and needed it doing before Christmas, but she would not accommodate me, I therefore asked for a refund. I then got an email to say that as I had cancelled the refund would have to be by BACS and could take up to 28 days. I had paid the full amount in advance as requested by credit card.
This was appalling customer care and would not recommend this company they are unreliable and unhelpful.

No customer service !!!
Appointment booked and then changed by company as cleaner had a hospital appointment. Company called day before appointment to receive balance payment was at this point 5.30pm told my am clean would now be a pm clean - not informed or asked of this would be convenient.
During the clean my wooden floor was damaged by the rubber mat which was supposed to protect the floor. The cleaner contacted the office to raise an insurance claim.
No contact so chased after 10 days told the claims dept would contact me. Still no contact so tried again 2 days later - told again I would be contacted. Now 2 days later still no contact and no answer when tried calling again !!!

AVOID at all costs. I would give it NO STARS if I could. Worst company I have ever dealt with. 2 different jobs for cleaning of a single oven/hob and a range/hob/extractor fan. On 2 occasions waiting in the house and flat that cleaning was supposed to be done and both times was told the cleaner could not gain access when he tried the door. This is a complete lie as both times there was someone specifically waiting and taking time off work to be there. The eventual cleaning on the range oven was appalling so I arranged for a re-clean and once again the cleaner said he could not gain access. I have asked for a refund but have been denied this several times and just offered another re-clean. A complete waste of money and it is impossible to get a refund. Do not use this company, its a con.

This company is so unreliable and expensive . There is no customer service at all. My oven clean has been rescheduled about 4 times . It’s an absolute joke this company especially when you have to book time off

Zero stars is what is really applicable. Bookings made for specific agreed times have been changed at the last moment four times. They are rude on the phone and don't care that their priorities take precedence over their customers' requirements.I paid in full weeks ago and having now cancelled in total frustration, they seem to be delaying a refund. Avoid !!!

Had a clean last year £40, everything fine, however subsequently pestered to set up a DD throughout the year to reach £40 for next clean. Guess what it suddenly went up to £55. Same story as everyone else here really pestered to arrange booking only for guy to go sick on the day. Now today on the rebook no phone call and no show. Really pathetic actually. Plenty of other companies out there.

Never again.
Gent was real nice but obviously under pressure.
Company is too busy and service not up to standard in my opinion

Booked oven clean wks ago for today, got txt at 13.30 cleaner op running late, ok it happens.
At 15.45 i call the customer svc to see whats happening to be told i will get a call bk either from them or the cleaner op to give an idea of time.. no call bk recieved from either party! Good customer service not!
So at 16.45 i call bk to office again and complain and therefore i cancel as it was too late now for
job to be done properly as it takes 1.5 / 2 hrs to do job and i had extras aswell not just an oven to do..i have meals to prepare..they then told me i will get email to confirm job cancelled as op behind shedule, no email recieve yet and even though i paid upfront for a job which i wasnt really happy about doing tbh for reason like this i did and for a job that never happened cos of their cleanning op running very very late and passed my allocated appointment time slots .i have now been told i got to wait 28 days for a refund !!
This is shocking by todays standards as money passing hands is electronic nowdays take seconds coming from my acc to theirs so why not vice versa why 28 days?? Awful service not cheap either and very pushy on the sell , had a bad feeling about company then should of listen to myself ,but
wanted the clean and they fitted me in big mistake ,dont use AVOID!!!

I really wish I had read these reviews before booking. Absolute shambles! Had appt booked for today between 12-3 had a message to say running behind at 1pm then at 4.15 spoke to customer services who said they will still be attending. At 5.40pm had a message to say they wouldn't get to me as its too late for them. I wasted a day and to top it all have been told it will take up to 28 days to issue a refund.
When I booked the appointment I had a phone call trying to sell me extra products and services good job I said no as would have been even more out of pocket they can't even turn up to do the job they are booked in for so why offer extras!
Avoid at all cost! They may be slightly cheaper but it doesn't mean anything when they don't bother to show up!

Appointment cancelled twice then only available to rebook 3 weeks later. Do not refund you for 28 days

Booked for my double oven clean weeks in advance. Was contacted 3 times in the days leading up to my appointment,asking me to confirm l still wanted the job doing and to change the original time, from morning to afternoon. Then on the day of my appointmet l received phone call saying they couldn't attend as arranged and offered me a date 3 weeks away. I had taken the day off work to have this done, so not convenient or acceptable at all. My advice is don't bother wasting your time booking this company they're just time wasters and not professional.

After two cancellations Simon came and did a cracking job cleaning the oven

The oven cleaner arrived on time, was a nice enough person, but honestly rushed the job, left a lot of grease and dirt around the seals, and used fairly conventional cleaning products including Pink stuff. My partner checked it after they'd left and for an oven only 1 year old, hadn't really done a very good job. To give them a chance we did email photos and feedback but heard nothing back. We would not use them again or recommend them.

This is an awful company and I would never have dealing with them again!
The came really late when it was dark, to clean the oven. I only noticed the following evening when I went to use oven that there was food and grease in the door gully and hinges, loads of foam residue had been left on the oven lining at the top, residue marks on glass that won’t come off, in fact they have ruined my oven. A chip in the enamel that wasn’t there before. I have sent countless emails with photographs and no one has had the courtesy to call me regarding this.
They were really annoying to deal with and as others have said very pushy trying to sell further services.

Oven clean booked at the beginning of September but cancelled by Oven clean due to sick worker.It has taken nearly 3 months to get the deposit money back which included using the disputes process with my bank.
I cannot recommend this company at all.

Awful, booked a slot,no show... booked another..no show again. Have requested a refund. By reading the reviews I won't be getting that promptly either. Do not use this firm
