Absolute disgrace, paid my money they never turned up at the booking time told me it would be 2 hrs later possibly so I cancelled, been waiting since 3 Feb for a refund still nothing. Called twice told it was with accounts they will contact me still nothing. Do not go near these people go somewhere else they are ripping you off. Customer services do not have managers just call staff no structure to the company it’s awful. Trading standards should have a look at them.

Very very bad Customer service, booked for next day, after I rang the company and asked how to pay balance, was told after work done and over phone. The man who was booked in to do it rang, and wanted payment today, I said no after work was done, he said No, rang Company for refund on deposit, was told No, small prints says not if it's within 24hrs! No clean Oven and £20 lost!

If I could give minus stars I would. This company scams you. They’ve taken £66 of my money for monthy payments for 2 cleans a year. I’ve tried contacting to book and nothing. Now reported to my bank as scammers

I wish I saw these reviews before I booked. Avoid this dreadful company. Was booked in 12-4pm. After me chasing them, at half 4 they tell me the guy is on another job and 35 minutes drive away.

Interesting seeing as they literally hounded me to pay the balance before the clean.

Shocking service, avoid.

Had a bad experience with oven support. They did not turn up on 2 scheduled apppointments and only called to let me know after the scheduled time on the day. In one of the phone calls, the company said they will give me a discount due to the previous 2 cancellations but did not do so in the end. The third time they turned up. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give the cleaning service a 3 because the burners still had dirt on them and the stainless steel surface still had marks. The guy could have scrubbed wash them like the previous company did. Very very disappointed and will never use them again.

Had my oven cleaned by these people on closer inspection I noticed they hadn’t washed off the product they used to clean it spent an afternoon putting it right what a mess my poor oven was in a state. I had set up a subscription with them to have it cleaned yearly so called and advised I didn’t want to go ahead with this as not happy with the service they assured me they would cancel since then they have continued to take the subscription from my account lucky for me my bank has stopped them from taking anymore and refunded me

I cancelled the service the same day as the order after reading the reviews and after paying a £20 deposit.
Having been advised that the refund policy was within 28 days, I'm now being told that I have to wait 6 weeks because 'that's the date I have on the system'! Total contradiction to their own refund policy.

I was told twice that I was a "high priority" case just to get me off the phone, 1 week on and still no refund.

Cleaner didn’t show up in December … as per other reviews (which I wish I’d read) numerous phone calls later and actually nice people but “all I can do is escalate it” I’m still without a refund 2 months later. Have reported to trading standards. Avoid avoid avoid. They are actually total con artists

Booked a month ago for oven clean paid deposit,day before due they called to change appointment which didn’t suit,was told refund would be 3-5 days…over the next 3 weeks I sent 11 emails,called them 7 times,spoke to 3 different rude people who promised a refund…..nearly a month now and no refund,emails and calls ignored.worse customer service we’ve ever received in our lives..😡😡😡zero stars if possible..so. Ad there original account ovenssupport has been blocked on trust pilot for breaching rules and having so many complaints!

Still waiting for my refund, numerous phone calls and emails. Avoid these crooks ! Don’t show up for appointments then no refund .

Had single oven and hob cleaned today by Tony. Great guy and great job. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

I booked an online with this company and selected a time slot between 08:00 and midday. When I received confirmation the email said that their operator would arrive between 1pm and 3pm. I then phoned and explained that we would be out after 1pm and had requested the earlier time slot for that reason. I was assured that they would amend it and that he would be finished by 1. I was then asked for payment,which I gave but when I got the invoice it again said a later time slot. I phoned again. My wife phoned too. We were both assured that all would be finished by 1.
On the day 1 pm arrived but the operator had not. I called to cancel and requested an immediate refund. That was 2 weeks ago and I still have not received anything. When I called I was told that it can take up to 28 days for a Bacs payment! Seriously? Are we still living in the 19th century?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Paid upfront for an oven clean. Was given a four hour time slot 12-4, at 3:50 I receive a message to say that they were cancelling.
I’ve been chasing a refund for 40 days. I’ve given my details and yet nothing. Every time I call I am greeted by hostile call handlers who just fob me off or get shirty despite the fact THEY OWE ME MONEY! You would think it was money from their wages I was asking for!
To add insult to injury they sent me an email stating that I had cancelled and to rebook I should call this number!!
I am now involved with trading standards as I want people to realise what an absolute shambles this company is!

10.2.25 Update:
I have since received my refund. Not from Oven Support but from the third party booking company who just happened to call me to book another oven clean.
They had no idea that Oven Support had not turned up and they had not told them to refund my payment despite the fact I’d given my details. The third party booking company were Freytia Enterprise and I spoke to a lady called Anne.

Scammers!! Cancel your appointment but never refund your money!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Clean ok but what a mess I was left with on block paved shared drive. Grease balls and same liquid. A nightmare to clean off and causing tension with neighbour. Wish I had read reviews before booking.

Won’t refund me & blocked my email address so I couldn’t send refund bacs details as they requested 🤬

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Despicable company.
Paid for a service but cancelled due to their incompetence. Requested a refund, was told first it would be back in my account 3-5 days. Nothing. Then called back again and was told take up to 28 days. This was back beginning of November. It’s now Mid January and still no refund. I’ve called at least 6 times now speaking to numerous people who have all told me “give it a couple more days”
Robbed me of my money, and no service. Poor Poor company. Don’t waste your money

SCAM!!! BEWARE! Take a deposit, book your appointment then take remainder of full payment then no show! Says 28 days for refund but you don't see a penny of it back! Disgusting!

Simon arrived well within the time I was given
He was friendly and chatty throughout and even explained all the oven functions that we didn't know. He worked quickly, cleanly and efficiently. My oven looks lovely again. I will definitely use the company again
