russel came to clean my oven on friday16th april he damaged my neff hide and slide door and buckled the actual oven frame. left me with an unusable oven as the door was jammed halfway in. was told a more experienced cleaner would call on the following monday. patrick came on the monday he had not been told anything and was here to just clean the oven. he phoned the office and was asked to send photos which he did and then checked to make sure they had been recieved. i telephoned several times and was told they were looking in to it and i also emailed had no reply untill a telephone call today
(one month later) saying they had a few dates for an engineer to come and have a look at the oven.
i told them i already have had an engineer out and was told the oven was unrepairable due to the damage that russel had done. so i had no choice but to buy a new oven as i have a family to feed and its not easy without an oven. so they were expecting me to wait even longer to arrange an engineer from them to come and just look at the damage and then wait even longer for them to decide what they were going to do about it. IT HAS TAKEN THEM A MONTH TO GET BACK TO ME NO REPLY TO PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS UNTILL NOW. THEY HAVNT EVEN HAD THE DECENCY TO REFUND THE £50 I PAID FOR THE OVEN CLEAN THAT DIDNT HAPPEN
STILL AN ONGOING SAGA STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO GET BACK TO ME .

This is an honest review. Please do not hire this company, my oven was left scratched, the hob knobs were not taken off and not cleaned. When dry all the residue was thick white, and brown was dripping from the bottom. Offered a re clean but would not have them back.

If your thinking of getting your oven cleaned think again do not use this company.
The alleged professional cleaner turned up late, spent 15 minute cleaning the oven and abruptly left not giving me a chance to inspect the work. I discovered not only was the standard of work appalling, but he had damaged my oven door beyond repair, rendering the oven not fit for purpose. It took the company 8 weeks to replace the oven and refund me for the installation cost and pay the cleaning fee back. this was a unacceptable amount of time to be without a essential kitchen appliance. Do not use this company they are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

I'd give the no stars if I could, Absolute Scammers, take your money, don't turn up, keep your money, should be investigated by the police.

Horrific, cancelled my first clean. Rescheduled and to the week after and was made a priority as that was my last day in the house. Got given a 2:30 time slot. Then a 1pm-4pm time frame then a call to say they would come at 5pm. Then another call saying he had broken someone’s oven door. Then said he wouldn’t be there til 6pm. Customer service absolutely no help. He also said he hates his job and wants to quit and not to use this company ever. So just don’t do it

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DISGRACEFUL. SCAMMERS AND COWBOYS. The cleaner broke my oven took the broken parts with him 5 weeks later I still have no working oven they have not replied to one phone call I’ve made I have called everyday. I am contacting a solicitor.

Had oven cleaned on the 26th March 2025, left our oven with streaks on the glass, between the two panes on the door, residue on the inside of the oven, took a personal call whilst cleaning the oven, very unprofessional company, asked for a different cleaner to return and put it right, to be told they only have one cleaner in our area, the same one that messed up, now cancelled subscription and was told any credit of ours we won’t get back, avoid this company

I have phoned them 4 times to cancel the contract, but they are still taking £5.50 out every month. I also never received the silicon mats that I was promised. Disgusting company.

Scammers. Stole £66 of my money I did the payment plan to guarantee 2 oven cleans a year due to have my first clean and nothing g from them sent emails and left messages Cancelled payment. Do not use. If I could give -stars I would

Very disappointed with onen support , after changing my day then didnt turn up on that day, i wasn't happy with the cleaning and customer services weren't very helpful and didnt really want to know

Please be very aware of this company and avoid it at all costs.
Take your custom to a genuine professional company that respects there customers .This company certainly does not .

I have had a really bad experience with this company .
On 16th January I had a member of oven support clean my oven .
Cut a long story short they broke my oven with large amount of spillage from cleaning solutions which led it to be condemned by engineer .

I was battling with this company for two months .
Being disabled i could not cook and prep my meals.because they left me without an oven .

I rang over forty times and sent quite a few emails which had no phone calls back and alot of the emails ignored .

All the stress affected my health.
I wish had known what I know now about the company and the director which is shocking because i would not of gone any where near them .

I eventually after two months of battling and stress they purchased me a new oven which arrived yesterday which i grateful for because i really did not think i would with knowing what i know and have seen .

I sent a request to the director asking for a good will gesture because of the stress and long wait without my appliance etc .

Got a reply saying no .
Which i think is disgusting .

I had to pay out nearly £200 pound to have my new oven fitted and old one taken away .
Which i could not of really afforded to with being out of work after traumatic accident and surgery .

It was not my responsabilty to pay for fitting and old one to be taken away .
The company broke it so it was there responsiblity to pay .

I was told over the phone that once my oven had been sorted out they would discuss the money side .
Which was another lie .

I have kept all photos of damage and emails.and names and times and dates .

Go do your research and avoid .
The director has got a hate compaign on facebook that says it all really .

When alot of the reviews so scam and fraud it is very true fact .

Dont wish anyone to have the bad experience that I have had with them .

Certainly not genuine or professional .
No respect or compassion or understanding for there customers .
They just take take take money and scam .

Would advise to go to a respectable genuine professional cleaning company but certainly not this company .

Absolute scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I booked them for a morning clean. I got an appointment between 11-2pm. They then sent a text saying they would be out between 12-3pm and that the cleaner would call me 30 mins before he arrived. I called at 240pm as I didn’t receive a call. Needless to say I called the company 5 times and each time was told someone was on their way. Now I’m £110 out of pocket and still waiting for my oven to be cleaned.

What’s worse is the customer services line told me they couldn’t take my call as they had “other tasks” they needed to complete. Absolutely appalling.

Our oven was cleaned on 8/3. We didn't use the oven until this evening 9/3. I noticed that the oven had not been cleaned properly, there was a lot of residue of the chemicals used, which are dangerous and can contaminate food, as well as having harmful fumes. The sides of the oven had also not been cleaned and still had stains on. This company may be cheap, but they are not professional or safe.

Super Poor experience! I have been chasing customer service team for my deposit back and they keep fobbing me off with the comment of " I have contacted finance for an update". The cleaner cancelled last minute and never showed ended up, with myself contacting to find out what's happened! I feel l have been scammed and looks like I have.

As it would appear with many other reviews on here I booked an appointment which they could not fulfil and after six weeks I’m still waiting for my refund. Absolute scam company that must be having huge liquidity issues if they can’t be returning £20 to customers avoid it all costs they steal your money and let you down And the staff when you call through of practically brain-dead

I wish I’d read these reviews before id paid my deposit!!!
Made booking paid 50% up front, they didn’t turn up at agreed time and I had to go out so had to cancel. Customer service sound apologetic and understanding and said they would arrange the refund, then came the email from accounts that said it could take up to 28days for it to hit my account!!! I tried emailing and all email addresses I used bounced back, called customer services who sent me an email to reply to with my complaint, it’s over a week now which I find quite unacceptable as being as Amazon can issue refunds in 2days!!!

David cleaned my oven today and did the most amazing job.
Would highly recommend

Scam company, do not use!
I booked an oven clean for 10th January, but the company cancelled it on the day. Over a month later, they still haven’t returned my supposedly refundable deposit! Avoid!
