I was able to go on the site and easily find the machine that would work for me since each item had a complete description of what you could expect from each device. Even though the prices are already reasonable, they also have really good specials and discounts that bring the price down even more. They let you know what will work best for your needs. The Customer Service is really good, and my orders have delivered very quickly.

Shipping is a problem. They say my item was shipped by UPS. UPS says no it wasn't. I am oxygen therapy dependent and I need the machine I ordered. Are they for real or are they fraudulent? Where is my order?

Very nice concentrator, I slept great my first time using it, it is so nice to have my oxygen at night, now I can’t wait to receive my portable… Fast shipping n very friendly customer service…

I needed more oxygen than my inogen one G3 could produce. In a side by side comparison on both level 3 and 5 the two machines matched. The Varon does go to 7 and it seems to be working great. The battery actually lasts longer than the inogen does.

This is the quietest unit I have ever had.

I have purchased 2 units so far from your company, nt06 and recently nt 04. I am totally pleased with both units and use them daily when I go out and when at home. Both came with everything you need, nothing extra to get. I initially had trouble with the battery on the nt06 not charging properly and you resolved the problem and replaced the battery promptly. I can say nothing but good about your products and service and highly recommend your firm. Finally I must say you will not find a better price on a quality unit than here.

I bought a home Varon Oxygen concentrator. It is quiet and with IPB, it gets my blood oxygen to 99%, sometimes 100%, while setting watching tv. I’m impressed. And the price was the best I could find. This unit is heavy duty also.

Reasonable priced and so far, working very well. I own 2 and ordered a third.

The Machine is very flimsy and not sturdy. Needs 110 voltage cord and not phone charger port. Carrington bag doesn't have a port to plug it in. I should have done my homework and bought a better model.

Your service is awesome. I can’t say the same for the US Post Office. You answer questions quickly. Your prices are really good. And the quality is terrific. We’ll be back if we find we need anything else.

Cost, short delivery time

Worst company I've ever dealt with. This company cannot be trusted as they are scamming people. I ordered a machine on the 29th of April and they only sent me accessories and not the machine. I've sent dozens of emails and called asking to cancel my order and they keep running around in circles. I highly recommend you stay away from this company

Ad was kind of misleading didn’t know when I ordered the machine that it was only 65% at level 2 and I need like 85%

SCAM!!!! They take your money, then give you the run around when you don’t receive your package. Thank god my credit card company recognized the scam and refunded me!

The machine works great but the battery only lasts 2” hours on a low oxygen setting.

Purchase was simple(price was reasonable). Shipping was fast. Set-up was quick and simple. Machine works great and is very quite.
