Ordered my O2 concentrator on April 28, now on May / 28, all I have is a long list of excuses, apologies, explanations, and no O2 concentrator.. I'm hoping to change my feedback.. however, so far it is more like a slapstick comedy than a real company...

I was initially upset by the phrase "3-4 day shipping". I didn't realize that meant it would be 3-4 days before you processed it for shipping. Had I known that I probably would not have ordered. Once the machine got here, it took about 2 weeks, I was impressed with the workmanship, and ruggedness of the product. After using it for about a month now I think that the machine is very good. My biggest complaint would be the battery life. I am only getting about 1-3/4 to 2 hours on a charge as opposed to the 3-4 hours advertised. I purchased an extra battery (8 cell) at time of purchase, since then I have ordered the 16-cell battery to see if it lasts long enough for an outing. Haven't had a chance to test it out yet but will post additional comments when I am able. Overall, I am happy with the unit.

Used my portable oxygen for first time on 4-22-26. I was very please with it. Not to heavy, easy to carry. Gave me just amount of oxygen I needed. I would recommend this to anyone that needs oxygen away from home.

Everything about this unit is awesome. A lot quieter then my other machine and now I can stop paying 50 a month for a rental….love it !!!

Support team deserves 5 stars alone. I was confused after unboxing, but they replied super fast and walked me through the whole setup. Great service.

Never used an oxygen generator before this. Setup was a breeze and it fits my needs perfectly. Zero complaints so far.

Ordered a machine. It was not what we thought and have requested to return. They indicated they would be we could exchange. Product we would exchange with is cheaper than purchased and they indicated they would not refund the difference. So we have requested to return. Customer service is NOT responding. Seems like the company is a scam.

Interestingly, they replied to this review which I have emailed to them, but are not responding to my emails.

Hi i order a Charger for Portable Oxygen Concentrator NT-03/NT-05 × 2 for my 84 year grandma and its been 2 weeks and i haven received it yet been calling to the company and no answer been calling customer service they dont answer.

I researched oxygen concentrators for quite a while before buying this one. I am very pleased with my purchase. The machine works great and is very quiet. Shipping was fast, too! I am happy that I bought it.

I did a lot of research for oxygen concentrators and this is the best by far.. Fast delivery of a great product.
I will use this company again for future purchases.
I highly recommend them.

This company is a scam I ordered an oxygen concentrator from Oxygensolve and gave them my payment info The email stated they would send me a receipt blah blah They hit my bank account for $279 no further emails ? When i looked up their number supplied by the info it was 1 201 555 5555 I stopped payment and now have to get a new card Pain in the ass don't order from them they will take your money and screw you..I personally wound not trust the so called "Reviews" either. They are probably bogus It doesn't stand to reason they could get good reviews if they are scamming people Their website looked legit, but I should have checked to see if they have a phone number and contact email first Mark in Austin Tx

I travel quite a bit and needed something reliable for the road. The NT-06 is spot on - it gives true continuous flow up to 6L and is compact enough to carry without much fuss, which is great for my trips.

I got the 3L continuous flow with an extra battery and it's just what I hoped for. It's impressively lightweight and feels durable enough for all my daily activities.

I'm so happy with how compact and lightweight this concentrator is! It's been dependable on hikes and long walks - and it's pretty quite too, which is a nice bonus.

With COPD and A-Fib, I've had my share of oxygen machines. I just got the NT-2 portable one - it arrived quickly and was a cinch to set up, so I'm quite pleased with this purchase.

Being on oxygen 24/7, those old tanks were a drag for going out. The NT-06 has given me a lot more freedom, which is fantastic - I get about 2 hours from a battery at 4L, so having extras is smart for longer outings.

I've been using the Varon NT-02 every day for two months now. It's quiet and super easy to use, which makes me feel comfortable having it on - honestly, no issues at all.

The NT-06 concentrator fits right into my backpack, and it's just what I needed for using with my CPAP when I'm on the go.

Portable concentrator ordered to be shipped to my daughter's in Indiana. Realized shipping address was missing 1st digit of house number. I contacted Fed Ex and they would not allow me to change it. Fed Ex stated the shipper Oxygensolve had to be the one to call & correct. Fed Ex did end up delivering the pkg somewhere, so we never received it. Bottom line is it was my error to start with by leaving off a digit of the house number. Oxygensolve offered to ship another machine if I agreed to pay the shipping charges which I did.

This is a great find! I'm new to this kind of device, but the video tutorial made understanding the controls straightforward, so I can use it properly without any guesswork.
