I have purchased 2 units so far from your company, nt06 and recently nt 04. I am totally pleased with both units and use them daily when I go out and when at home. Both came with everything you need, nothing extra to get. I initially had trouble with the battery on the nt06 not charging properly and you resolved the problem and replaced the battery promptly. I can say nothing but good about your products and service and highly recommend your firm. Finally I must say you will not find a better price on a quality unit than here.

I bought a home Varon Oxygen concentrator. It is quiet and with IPB, it gets my blood oxygen to 99%, sometimes 100%, while setting watching tv. I’m impressed. And the price was the best I could find. This unit is heavy duty also.

Reasonable priced and so far, working very well. I own 2 and ordered a third.

The Machine is very flimsy and not sturdy. Needs 110 voltage cord and not phone charger port. Carrington bag doesn't have a port to plug it in. I should have done my homework and bought a better model.

Your service is awesome. I can’t say the same for the US Post Office. You answer questions quickly. Your prices are really good. And the quality is terrific. We’ll be back if we find we need anything else.

Cost, short delivery time

Worst company I've ever dealt with. This company cannot be trusted as they are scamming people. I ordered a machine on the 29th of April and they only sent me accessories and not the machine. I've sent dozens of emails and called asking to cancel my order and they keep running around in circles. I highly recommend you stay away from this company

Ad was kind of misleading didn’t know when I ordered the machine that it was only 65% at level 2 and I need like 85%

SCAM!!!! They take your money, then give you the run around when you don’t receive your package. Thank god my credit card company recognized the scam and refunded me!

After encountering some hurdles regarding purchasing a 2nd battery for my NT-08G, I contacted Customer Service. From that point forward I received prompt, courteous assistance. They provided a link, which expedited the purchase.

The machine works great but the battery only lasts 2” hours on a low oxygen setting.

Purchase was simple(price was reasonable). Shipping was fast. Set-up was quick and simple. Machine works great and is very quite.

Delivered in a timely manner. Simple to set up.

Wish battery life was longer

The oxygen generator 06NT works really well,I stay between 96 and 97 saturation. It runs very quietly,easy to sleep. Customer service responds back.

not great experience but acceptable. ordered nt 4 received nt 6 was told 10 days shipping was 17 0r 12 business days.

Package was delivered quickly and well packaged. This machine is great to have when breathing is difficult. It came with everything needed and was easy to set up.
