It's been almost a month still no sign of the item I ordered no tracking no updates paid express shipping and did not receive my item it's for my sons first birthday cake in 2 weeks now I have no where to get it in time for his birthday no refund offered no customer service please don't waste your time or your money they are not legit

Very sorry that your order hasn't arrived, This was dispatched out on the 8th April and generally orders do arrive within the timeframe stated as we have contact communication with our carriers, however, international postal delays can happen, which is why we ask customers to please allow the carrier some time to deliver.
We have already replied back to your email with detailed information and a solution if your parcel still hasn't arrived after the Lost in post time period.

I have just received my order within the timeframe quoted - even with Easter and ANZAC Day included. The game I ordered was hard to find and I feel like I got the last one on earth (almost). These guys are always quick, good service and have a great range and price. Recently bought a vinyl which came with double up prints of the 2 records. Ozgameshop refunded promptly and saved trouble of sending back the records! Will always come back to buy from them! A+

Still Waiting
Don't use this site had 4 working days to dispatch purchase and notify me via email still waiting and they use COVID as an excuse to say there will be delays HA WHERE IS MY PURCHASE? NOT HAPPY. Ordered 2 games from 2 Melbourne suppliers 13 days after ozgaeshop order. Both arrived one 12days after the other 15days after ordering both with tracking and updates. ozgameshop took 20 days to dispatch my order and that has been the only email I have received about my order other than purchase it has now been 30 days still nothing poor customer service.
