Hi Simon! We are saddened to hear that your parcel hasn't arrived at the time of you writing this review.
We put trust and faith into all carriers that parcels will be delivered within the stated ETA, however, Items are dispatched from the UK, therefore international postal delays can happen, which is why we ask customers to please allow the carrier some time to deliver.
I can't see any communication from yourself to our Customer Service team, however i've sent you a direct email with further information on your parcel.

We state clearly on our website that we are an Australian registered business, however, all items are dispatched from the UK which is where our warehouse and office are located.
This information can be found at the bottom of our site on all pages, in the delivery/payment section, and in our terms of sale.

I found them on Catch of the Day when I made a purchase there. Then I started to go direct and save so much money. They even offer free Postage once you spend I think it is as little as $50 (maybe $100) They give you rewards points when You purchase and currently they have a 10% of voucher for Easter! Amazing 🥰
