Great communication, sorted my shipping to NZ quickly.

I initially got involved prior to manufacture and delivery of these brackets. I was updated periodically as to the revised delivery date of the original shipment. I was notified immediately of the arrival of the goods and pickup was arranged. Very professional packaging and personal service. I was assisted with identifying the different components and discussed the various upgrades from the earlier prototypes. Very friendly and is passionate about his product. The ease of installation to my 1997 Hiace Commuter was ridiculous, so simple I was able to complete the install on my own. They have been installed for 5-6 months and look as good as the day they came out of the box, (I'm serious, not Joking) The only thing I've had to do was replace the stainless nuts, bolts and washers as they rusted up within 6 weeks. I thoroughly recommend Ozroofracks for your high-top vans. They look great and stay looking great. Hope this helps making your decision.

You're completely right, as soon as I got some clients feedback regarding the bolts/nuts I replaced them with 304 Stainless Steel (seems that there are some different grades of SS so I went for the best for the second/third batch) as I don't have your contact info I couldn't get in touch with you, please call me so I can send them to you as well.
Oz Roof Rack purchase.
All the images were detailed and accurate. The product was exactly as ordered.
Better packaging would have gotten 5 stars.

Thanks for the review Peter I'm actually working on that subject. It's a quite difficult decision as some distributors prefer no branding and retailers would like a better look box... but atm most of the sales are out of Stores channels... Thanks for the feedback.
