Packed Direct  Avis 629

I purchased a glass heater from packed Direct the heater arrived terrible fitting system to L-shaped brackets on the top two L-shaped (for the bottom the top has slots for the brackets but the bottom of the heater doesn't have a slot for the bottom of the heater, i wished i never purchased the thing now,I messaged packed direct on ebay also by email, they do not have a phone number to call, I i'd have known that the heater didn't have an H brackets i wouldn't have purchased it. I will never purchase from them again ps please bear in mind that I have a disability in both hands etc couldn't they make this any harder for me.

Amazing service, came two days late but that’s ok. Love the treadmill got it at a good price, I’ve used it every day since it arrived easy to assemble quite machine, very happy

I don't know what is this.. but I'm not upset about any company at the moment, except for the council that didn't come to collect the garden waste for a month and don't pick up the phone anymore... I still have the bags at the front of my house, don't know where I'll put them for the rest of the winter... and also the bank, I'm also upset with them for various reasons.. in any case this company isn't the bank or the council.. so I guess is alright, great job guys! keep it up

I had to contact Packed Direct customer services with a query with my new OLSEN AND SMITH air fryer. I am a senior citizen and I have NEVER experienced such BRILLIANT after sales service with any company in the past.
My contact was LEVIS and after my Initial email I was contacted in 24 hours about it and all subsequent ones as well(Most companies take days ar never reply) and he was so helpful on every occasion.My query was resolved very quickly so if you are purchasing from PACKED DIRECT you know if you have a query it will be dealt with promptly and efficiently. The OLSEN AND SMITH air fryer is first class and excellent quality and very competively priced.

Great product I bought a treadmill which was a good price and a sturdy feel to it. My wife and I use this most days and it keeps us fit as we’re both in our early seventies. Packed Direct were easy to use and easy to use and kept me up to date on delivery. Definitely recommend this company.

Great product, easy to assemble ( took me less than half an hour, on my own )

Very pleased with the service. Ordered, delivery quick and kept informed all the way. When putting the the storage unit together it was noticed there was a hole in the lid.
Contacted customer service by email and a a replacement lid was arranged and subsequently delivered.

Online choice of products was good, the service & delivery excellent. Dropped one star because the product itself (storage shed with lift up lid and double doors to front) was rather flimsy, and a little complex to put together. Although the fully assembled item was fairly good, the flimsy panels and base could have done with a stiff board inner lining, or made from thicker material. Packed Direct performance though, was excellent.

Purchased the outsized garden storage container (830L) . Arrived next day ! . A bit of a struggle putting together solo but got there in the end . Looks good. So good I purchased another one the next day . Both now assembled , robust thick plastic & have so far withstood Storm Amy ! . Only criticism would be the clasp in the middle of the lid isn’t big enough or heavy enough for the width it the lid . As a result , the two corners of the lid raise slightly. Maybe a weight ‘thing’ of the patio cushions inside, I don’t know . Overall , very satisfied though 👍

I purchased stacked Olson and Smith airfryer,after initially thinking I'd been sent wrong one,as I wanted see through drawers,it just looked plain black ,I sent emails explaining,during this time realised it had to be in operation before you could view,eventhough I then kept it, it could have been explained better to me.It works really well.So all good.

Ordered the Olsen garden storage box, contrary to some reviews found it not easy to put together.
Very flimsy plastic, covered in scratches after 2 weeks.
Disappointing as a local well known home decor store had a same size garden store £30 cheaper and better quality.
