I bought the Olsen and Smith 830L Storage Box which was delivered quickly. Not quite as easy as was led to believe to build, but managed. Had to wait for my son in law as my mum wasn’t strong enough and was tricky to put hinges in. A little disappointed to see the price has recently dropped with other companies, but it stores garden cushions well! Thank-you

Storage box excellent quality, we had a minor service issue that was dealt with really quickly and efficiently.

ordered an air con unit at the beginning of august on a next day service, still haven't received it. the item was returned to them after yodel's incompetency, they promised to send it back out. nothing received. chased again and was promised it would be dispatched again next day....and would you believe - STILL haven't received it. no updates from them, haven't been advised its out of stock or anything. apparently its too much to ask for the item you paid them for.

Delivery on time and help from driver to bring into garage just what the doctor ordered well put to together and works well

Ordered an open and smith box. Missing screws meant we could not put together. Tried ring packed direct customer services support and no answer and no facility to leave a message as it cuts you off

Excellent Olsen and Smith small waterproof garden storage box at great price. Flat packed but assembly only took a few minutes. Quality is very good and just the right size for storing furniture covers, various tarpaulins and a supply of bungee cords. My order was delivered reasonably quickly and the box was exactly as described.

I thought I had ordered an A/C unit from the manufacturer but it obviously diverted me to Packed Direct where the item was £20 more expensive. I e mailed and received a very quick response with a refund made immediately. Delivered by Yodel which was efficient and on time. No complaints about this company

Got aqua spirit sup delivered July 1st opened up fin missing. Jenny told on the 2nd will get 1 sent out 24-48 hrs didn't arrive & Ignored so would be careful ordered as any faults you get ignored. So have a paddle board missing fin also paddle board got defaults happy writing with paint glue parts and a tiny bubble that I have sent to aqua spirit and yourself straight away when opened box.

Placing the order was quick and updates are greatly appreciated keeping in touch with the customer is key customer service

Ordering was fine. Delivery was made by Evri. The only thing I didn’t get was the 5% off the next order email (code)
