I mean outstanding in all aspects - the reliability, functionality, speed, features and scope of the hosting, the price, and, really importantly, the technical support and customer service from Paul and his 24/7 team which, in my experience are beyond outstanding in terms of helpfulness, speed of response, and going the extra mile when things (that are usually down to me and my lack of knowledge!) do go amiss. I recommend PAC Web Hosting to anyone who needs one or more websites to be hosted.

I contacted Paul because my present host .. the alligator lot keep going down for days at a time - he not only responded quickly but transferred over all our domains the same day, support is lightning fast which is refreshing (given I have waited days for replies from the last lot) If you are looking for a new host I highly recommend them. We selected a VPS package and it is so quick.

I moved the hosting of several websites to PAC Web Hosting a few months ago, the service I have received is excellent. They assisted with the transfer of the websites from the previous Host and responded to a couple of technical queries very quickly.

The hosting and response times of the sites are very good.

Just had one other technical issue since and the Support Ticket was responded to and the problem corrected within 45 minutes. You can not expect better and the Value for Money is outstanding.
