We have been with PAC WebHosting for 5 years since moving from another provider due to the absence of support and I can honestly say it was the best move we ever made.
The service PAC Webhosting provide is second to none and very cost effective.
Their support is fantastic, actually the best we have received from any hosting company. All support tickets are answered promptly and they have bent over backwards to assist us in resolving any issues we have come across, including those of our own making. Their support staff have always been courteous and very helpful.
In my view, the way PAC WebHosting go about their business is the way all companies should go about their business, doing the right thing for the right reason and helping their customers at every turn. It is a pity more companies don't operate their business according to these values!

Great service so far! Much better then my last host
I moved to Pac earlier this month after having issues in terms of support and reliability with my last host.
The Pac Web Hosting team were great in helping me migrate our site, and answered a lot of (stupid probably) questions really quickly!
