Their call centre service is pretty good. They do a good job of answering queries and providing tracking information

The worst company pleas don’t risk your stuff , irresponsible, staff is rude and doesn’t help at all I’ve not got my refund and it’s been 2 months

Sent parcel in September 25
Every time I call they keep saying next week been 4÷ weeks now
1 they said my parcel is in karachi waiting for customs clearance
2 now they said my parcel still on ship
3 now in Lohore gave me no of PK agent ring him said my parcel still on ship
4 now in Karachi customs clearance again.
5 now spoke to manger said one parcel in Pakistan that other still on ship.
That is one phone call per week
4+ week been told one story to another
Just take our money and not worry about it after wood
WILL NEVER EVERY USE THEM AGAIN

I was told by manger if I put comments on my parcel will not be delivered until I erase the comments.
I would advise you NOT to use them.

Definitely recommend it, a company with full of professionals.
I sent my tv in December an receive it safely and securely packaged.

Sent cargo off 6 bags only 5 delivered when called pak connect in beginning off October I was advised my cargo was possibly split into 2 containers and missing bag would be i next shipment I a few weeks. I called agai in November I was advised too still wait and call back i called in December and was then advised too send a copy off the invoice too WhatsApp missing cargo number and I will be contacted which ive done twice in January. I. Still not getting anywhere with them.

I have been sending cargo for the past five years and have never had any issues. Their customer service is excellent; they handle cargo with care and provide hassle-free, reliable doorstep delivery.

Brilliant service

We sent a consignment in April 2025 to Pakistan still waiting to be delivered. Most of the time they don’t pick up the phone, if they do they always say that delivery in one or two weeks. Very bad service. Don’t use their services.

There must be some one to listen and solve the problems but we found no one in my country Pakistan.

I recently send cargo to Pakistan and the bags are ripped and they steal the stuffs please don’t use this company.
