I am trying to get my issue resolved without success. Do not buy anything from PAMO, it is overpriced cheap quality and the return process is a hassle.

Shipment arrived in a timely fashion
Shipment arrived in a timely fashion, item arrived well packaged. The KIM DOUBLE 2 clothes rack is very well made and the finish is better than I expected. Can’t wait to install it in our new home.

Horrible instructions and a nightmare…
Horrible instructions and a nightmare to assemble. The engineering design also doesn't provide the most stable unit, at least in the free-standing one that I purchased. It leans to one side.

Most of our customers usually find our instructions easy to follow, so it would be very helpful if you could let us know which points you would have liked to see included in the instructions.
Additionally, with our freestanding models, it’s important to make sure that all connections are screwed together very tightly. If this is done, the clothes rack should stand very securely without leaning to one side.

Complete Failure
I had my handyman (who is very capable and experienced) hang 4 of these for me. They are flimsy and now there is a hole in my wall the size of my head. Will never purchase again from this company. Wish I could upload photos to show you. It nearly fell on my 3 year old. So dangerous.

When mounting to the wall, it is important to always check whether the wall is capable of bearing the load. While we can test and specify the maximum load capacity of our products themselves, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the individual load-bearing capacity of the wall. Checking this is the customer’s responsibility. If necessary, suitable mounting material may need to be purchased separately from a hardware store to ensure the load capacity.

Shelving design is awful but the product is good overall
The railing, delivery, and product was all good but putting on the shelving was the most frustrating experience o think I’ve ever had with assembly. There’s no way to support or hold the shelf in place and trying to actually mount it to the rail is so extremely difficult. Terrible design!!!

Half my order arrived damaged
Half my order arrived damaged, and I could only use two of the shelves because they are too wide to fit the clothes racks side by side. I sent an email for return of the unusable shelves and have not received a response so that I can make the return.

Good System Overall
Nice finish on the metal, sturdy construction, appreciate the modular design, included hardware was helpful. Because no walls are built perfectly square it becomes a slight challenge to install - adjustability could be improved by increasing how many threads are on each pipe especially for getting the feet to touch the ground.

Awful customer service
Atrocious customer service experience. Average wait time for a response is 4 business days with multiple inquiries taking more than a week to hear back. When I first looked to purchase a rack, the unit that I wanted was not in stock. I inquired about which parts I would need to purchase from the DIY section and asked for a list, and the team sent me a response saying they could create a cart for me (and did not send a list of what I would need). I sent back a response, and their team did not get back to me until 10 days later, by which time I had fortunately noticed that the unit I originally wanted was back in stock.
After my purchase, I found that some hardware was lost during transit and I needed replacement items to be sent to finish construction. Though the team did eventually heed my request and send the items I needed, they took 8 days to get back to my request for the additional parts and confirm that they would send them.
Needless to say, after spending more than $1000 USD this is not the level customer service I would expect (I also previously worked as a web customer service specialist for a luxury brand).
In summary:
Aesthetics are great. Most materials are luxe and sturdy, but other items like the drywall anchors that come with the set are flimsy and do not hold up to the quality of the rest of the materials. The 'DIY' approach seems great in theory but you can run into issues with some items being too "one size fits all" as I discovered with some of the missing pieces. Customer service experience does not hold up in the slightest to the price point of the product.Overall I would not purchase from Pamo again.

Perfect Quality!
Really happy with what I got from Pamo Design. The build quality is solid.
Setup was simple, and everything fit together the way it should. If you're into no-nonsense, minimalist design that actually holds up, this is the kind of stuff you want in your space.
Will definitely buy again when I need more.

Nothing has been resolved. They shipped me the wrong products. 3 weeks in and nothing. I’ve sent over 30 emails with 3 responses in a 3 week period. The worst customer service/product I’ve ever received.
