We've used this company the passed few years for their dog harnesses and had a great experience with delivery being quicker than we expected. Recently we lost a family member which meant the tag on the harnesses were wrong. But Alexis was very helpful and sent new name tags with the correct details. Would highly recommend, the harness are top quality

I bought a medium pet bed from them, paid express delivery but took ages to arrive.
Bed is horrific, just a lump of filling inside a poorly stitched cover, tried all recommended ways to plump out bed but it's just cheap rubbish!!!
Asked about refund but they said they don't cover return postage or have a returns service so I'd just have to post back myself at my own cost,which wouldn't be cheap seen as the bed is huge and I have no way of vacuum packing the bed so parcel would be huge.
These are a cheap fake version of 'Pup naps' beds, if you want the proper version of the anti stress bed go to them. This is utter rubbish. The worst customer service.

Very easy to order of site. Love the product I bought it for a wee extra present for my sister as she loves Robins and she has one that visits her garden all the time .

I bought the anti-stress pet bed in a large. I'm really disappointed with it as it has barely any padding in the base of the bed. I can literally feel the floor through it. I've tried fluffing it up but it's still very thin with hardly any padding where my dog sleeps. The sides are well padded and it's a pity they haven't extended that to the base of the bed

Delivery as stated - good quality product.

I bought a calming bed that arrived faulty with a large hole along a seam. The bed hadn’t been stitched properly. I sent an email and a photo and received an “I’m sorry…” reply but no offer of a partial refund or an exchange. I got my own needle and thread out to repair it. If you want a calming bed pay a bit more and get a good one that has a zip that you can remove the cover for washing…i.e go to petnaps!! Far superior in every way with great customer service.

Sent for a harness no phone number on or name a cheap copy of k9 it's ripped already only had it a couple of months

Name tags blank when harness delivered but Pamper Paws replaced them straight away. Good service and really pleased with harness (Dog pleased too).
