This company is very trustworthy
This company is very trustworthy. Unless you manufacture your own products, then we can not blame a company for sometimes receiving a defected item. Nothing is perfect , it’s how the company handles the situation that matters. We all make mistakes. This company is very professional and efficient. I highly recommend.

Had to return this as the bed was such poor quality. The filling was very lumpy, even after leaving it to settle for a few days. Offered no cushioning from the ground below at all. We returned at our own expense. Then we bought from Aldi at half the price!!

I am sorry you were not as pleased with your second bed as you were your first bed. We did change suppliers for the colour chosen as we thought it was superior but as per our policy we gave a full refund as we offer a no quibble refund if returned within 14 days.

My dog rarely slept on a bed (apart from mine) until this bed came along. Had to buy her more to scatter throughout the house. Fab, soft, snuggly and just what I was after! Thanks so much!

My dog just adores his new Pamper Paws bed. His old bed became lumpy and bumpy after numerous washes and he didn't look comfortable, now he lies in the oh so soft bed and looks so contented, so pleased I bought it.
